During our conversation, the technician even stated that he never wanted this job but had to do it because it was his family's business. He has since sent combative text messages regarding his own performance and is now demanding an additional $299 to come back and service the piano. If you want your piano serviced correctly and professionally, I'd strongly recommend looking for a different company.

Not only did it need tuning maintenance, but it also needed to be brought up to concert pitch if we were going to have other instruments play with it. (Family members play the clarinet, flute, violin and trumpet). The piano was significantly below concert pitch (flat). He had to adjust every string to bring it up to pitch but did not need to do any repairs to the hammers or felt at this time. It sounds so much better than it did. He said that it will go flat fairly quickly until it has stabilized. He only charged the base tuning price even though he spent quite some on it. We will have him back in 6 months to keep it "Up To Pitch".

They contacted me AFTER arrival time to state they would be late and to cancel my service because there were issues between them and U-haul Moving Help. They asked that I pay them directly, I reluctantly agreed. They arrived 75 minutes after they should have, brought no dollies, dropped items, broke items and scratched my floor (I'm a renter, my landlord is unhappy). Here is a description of the damage to the pieces of furniture damaged by their team. I have also provided a link to pictures of the damage and receipts for the costs of the furniture damaged. White dresser: The movers dropped the dresser, causing one foot to break and another to crack. Additionally, the dresser's corner was gouged, and the drawer slides no longer align, making it impossible to insert the drawers. ($839) White Headboard: gouged in the front center, scratch on front right side, support bar on back is cracked ($629) Other dresser: There is a gouge on the top and side of the dresser. Dining table: The table was scratched and deeply gouged in multiple spots when the movers stacked wrought iron chairs on top of it. The movers also stripped two bolts while attempting to remove the tabletop using improper tools. ($444.15) Dining chairs: Two chairs were scratched and gouged.
