I reached out to the company multiple times to have the issue corrected, but they missed two scheduled appointments. They claim to have sent confirmation emails, yet none were ever received. During our conversation, the technician even stated that he never wanted this job but had to do it because it was his family's business. He has since sent combative text messages regarding his own performance and is now demanding an additional $299 to come back and service the piano. If you want your piano serviced correctly and professionally, I'd strongly recommend looking for a different company.

I cannot really expressed how much this improved the sound. Here are a few impressions: the tone is smoother, and also more focussed. THe accents are very clear and defined without having to hit the key too hard. The soft parts are more singing and colorful. It is easier to bring out the voices. The leading voice is very clear and bell-like. I could just go on and on - as I play it I keep hearing more good qualities. I am working on an Impromtu by Schubert, a Chopin Ballade, and Beethoven's opus 109. It is like being a painter and being handed a pallette of bright pure colors, where before you had only a selection of dull and dark.
