Perfect for convenience, since it is in the shopping center next to several shops and food places. The desk staff JR and Erica are both very friendly and always take care of me in a sufficient amount of time, and also Erica notarizes for me! Good location and easy to get too with no crazy crowded parking lot! Tried another place that was supposed to be open until 4 on Saturday but they were not! This place open as advertised and did a ton of business in the short time I was there! Fast, quick service and got right to what I needed which was shipping a package. I have used this business several times to ship items via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Every time I have gone in there they have had 1 or 2 employees working, and I normally end up waiting too long (15-20 minutes). When there is only 1 employee working and they are making copies or sending an old school fax for someone it can be 15-20 minutes of waiting. I like this business, I would recommend this business, but I'd wish they'd improve their speed waiting on customers. I waited ~20 minutes to ship packages. Again, these are good people with a useful business but like every business they can continue to improve. 3/5 read more

I have been to this location a couple of time and the service is usually pretty good. Today I went in and was told that two boxes were $32 and $27 to mail. Neither package weighed 5 pounds. All they would quote were express pricing. No normal ground etc. Their excuse was "we are a courtesy service". Wrong answer! This is their business. I went to the UPS store and for delivery on Thursday what she was quoting was $14.11 and $10.89. Big difference between 32 and 14.11 and then $27 and 10.89. I won't be going back. The sad thing about this is that I tried to use "mom and pop shops" because we are being forced out by the current establishments. This company will do it on their own. read more
