The lady who was working on the floor said that she had the computer I wanted in stock, but then I heard her talking to the lady behind the desk saying "no sorry, you can't sell the display unless it goes on clearance" so I asked if we could order it and she said something completely contradictory, she goes "you can't order clearance items." The other lady told her it was not a clearance item, so the lady behind the desk says very rudely to the other lady "I don't know which one they want." Then she looked at us and goes "sorry, I'm trying to do something else." I started to get her to order one for us, but I changed my mind after I found out that they didn't have site to store orders. The combination of her attitude and the fact that I would have to have it shipped to my house made me change my mind. They fixed the necklace while I was waiting. I asked them how much I owed them and they said to just shop with them next time and didn't charge me for putting the pendant on the necklace chain. They are very nice people, they have been in business for a very long time. I am able to feel comfortable leaving my jewelry with them because are a very reputable jewelry repair company. This is the only place that I have ever taken my jewelry to and as long as they are in business will continue to be the only place that I use for jewelry repair. I've always found their prices to be reasonable and I know that I can trust them, and that's the most important thing to me is being able to trust the person that you are leaving your fine jewelry with.
