Des fois se fier aux autres review, c'est important. J'ai lut à plusieurs endroits des review pas très positif sur ce restaurant et j'ai comprit. Le positif. L'accueil était bien, rapide et courtois. L'endroit est quand même grand mais c'était (trop?) vide, peut-être parce qu'il était uniquement 17h. Maintenant le reste. Nous avons prit le meal plan qui inclus entrée, repas et dessert. Comme entrée, la salade Steakhouse césar. La salade elle même était bien mais elle est venu avec du poulet pané qui semblait être du réchauffer de la veille. Très gros contraste avec la salade qui était fraîche. En même temps, on nous a donner 2 petit pain. C'était tellement dur que j'ai eu tout la difficulté à entrer mon couteau dedans et quand j'ai réussi, ça fait le bruit de casser une brique! Ensuite le repas principal. J'ai prit les travers de porc fumé aussi appeler côté levée ou ribs. La viande était très très grasses avec des gros morceaux de nerfs, vraiment pas agréable. Le porc lui même n'était pas tendre ou juteux et la viande semble cuite avec aucun assaisonnement. La sauce bbq qui vient sans un petit pot était bienvenue mais je n'ai pas réussi à mangé le plat plus qu'à moitié. La patate qui vient avec est une patate où l'intérieur est mise en purée avec de la crème et du cheddar. Si vous aimez la crème et le cheddar, vous allez aimé sinon comme moi, une bouché à suffit pour ne pas continuer. Ma conjointe a prit les pâte saumon et elle a dit que c'était passable tout au plus. Pour le dessert, j'ai prit le gâteau au chocolat qui vient avec une sauce à la vanille sur le côté. C'était un gâteau bien normal que l'on retrouve dans les restaurant cheap. Un gâteau style "pain" au chocolat qui goûte rien séparer en 2 par un mini crémage et avec un crémage sur le dessus qui est très subtile. L'impression de mâcher de l'air. Le chocolat rouler sur le dessus était bon et la crème de vanille. Ma conjointe a prit la crème de vanille et c'était encore une fois passable. À peine de garniture vers le centre sinon c'était comme un pouding bien normal. A ce prix, un des endroits le plus cher à Disney après les character dining, on s'attend à bien mieux. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Took ages to place an order. Then when we ordered the food came out in 10 minutes. Way too quick for what we ordered. My husband's chicken was tough and dry and my daughters and my chicken burger was cold. Both my daughter and I were quite ill all evening after our meal. We definitely won't be going back and cancelled another reservation there. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant. read more

The ambiance is good and feels like luxury but the service certainly isn't. We didn't even get to eat the main menu just the appetizer because they took over an hour and a half to bring the food. Showed up early for reservation and was seated no problem. Server, Karim, was friendly and outgoing and gave helpful guidance w the wine and food menus. Viola, the manager, stopped by to check in. Also very friendly. My girlfriend and I are steak snobs (just being honest) and we're SO happy with our food. She ordered blue rare and I ordered rare....both were ON POINT. If you know steak, you know not all chefs can do this to such perfection. Fun fact/side note: my friend is a steak connoisseur. That said, after having such a wonderful experience, we spent a few minutes looking into some of the negative reviews. Common denominator: ppl who aren't versed in quality cuts of beef/preparation. We should've checked the reviews first... The menu looked interesting as we perused various eateries in Disney Village. We opted for the "Chicago" prixe-fixe menu which included a starter, entrée, and dessert. I opted for the Caesar salad, chicken, and pistachio dessert. The salad was decent and included some large slices of chicken breast. The dressing was a bit on the creamy side and definitely not an authentic Caesar dressing. The chicken was frankly quite bad. It was dry and had a strangely gamey taste. The sauce did little to improve this. My dining partner ordered the same menu but tried the beef. It was dreadful. I think leather would have been more tender. The highlight of the meal? The dessert! The pistachio custard was delicious and featured a small bit of hazelnut spread in the center. Service was OK. The server was friendly and spoke good English. When the highlight of a meal at a steakhouse is the dessert, you know there is something wrong. It was exceptionally overpriced (about $100 USD for the menu for two plus two soft drinks). Please do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant when you're visiting Disneyland Paris. The food is disgusting. My skirt steak was overdone, smelled and tasted Smokey and burnt. The host was rude, completely ignored us upon arrival. They had room for us to get seated while the place was practically empty. They sat all the guests in an area and we sat next to the most obvious family with a screaming baby. Not a crying baby, a screaming baby. The screams were piercing our ears and the parents weren't doing anything to help soothe or calm the baby down. I think the whole restaurant was fed up with the obnoxious behavior. I am pretty sympathetic to screaming and misbehaved babies and kids, but this was to the next level. All 3 adults sitting at the table and no one tried to calm the baby down. This went on for over an hour. Will never come back to this place again. read more

This restaurant is located outside the main park area, in Disney Village, near McDonalds. My family and I had reservations for 9:30pm. There is a 15 minute grace period. We arrived on time and did not get seated until 9:45pm. Our waitress, whose name I found out only by reading her name tag, Carla, was not very welcoming. She came to the table and just stood there with a pen and pad in her hand, signaling that she was ready to take our order. However, she did not introduce herself, nor did she say hi or welcome. No greeting or smile. She stood very quiet. She didn't ask what we would like to order or anything. We just stared at her for a minute and then gave our order anyway. She took notes, but was rushing. We sat at the table for a while, until we received bread, which was slammed on our plates very quickly. The bread was very hard and not warm. It was very difficult to cut the bread with the knife. Then the appetizers came. They were decent. For entrees, my kids had the cheese burger with fries and the adults had the salmon penne. The burger was room temperature. The kids said it was okay. It was served with a side of mayonnaise and ketchup. The salmon penne....you'd think it would come with salmon and penne. It came with penne and little ( I mean little) pieces of salmon in it. You can tell from the pictures. Very disappointing and not worth the price. If it's going to cost $35 or $45 pounds depending on which option you choose, there should be a full portion of salmon. The dessert and drinks were basic, nothing fancy. The environment was okay. It wasn't too crowded. It could have been due to the time or poor hospitality, either or. This restaurant and entire area gets a lot of tourist. It's right near the train station that goes to the airport and etc., so you'd think they'd be more welcoming. I believe hospitality is very important when working in customer service. Carla, and all the staff, need to be retrained. Apparently racism is alive and well at the steakhouse. Walked in for lunch at the restaurant the person manning the front desk walked away and someone else who told us they were completely booked with reservations even though the restaurant was mostly empty. The person was very rude and condescending. We checked the online reservation system...as it turns out reservations were available within 15 minutes of my visit. So much for they were completely booked. Apparently, my money is not good enough for this place. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. read more

The food was bland, the food came out so fast even though the wait was very long. The food tasted like it came from the freezer section at the grocery store. We ordered the double breasted roasted chicken and it was dry and hard to chew. The food wasn't hot and plastic wrap was found in a baked potato. The Salmon Penne Pasta was bland and tasteless. When we returned the food we were questioned about where the plastic came from. No one came to speak to us about the plastic in the food and no one came to check on our food after the server took the plate. We came here expecting much better food, I should of checked yelp first. I had the Filet medium because they couldn't do medium rare, it's one or the other apparently. The steak had zero flavor or seasoning, there was a cold green peppercorn sauce but it was less than stellar. The mashed potatoes had a very sweet flavor which I didn't care for and the hard bread was exactly that. My husband got the L bone steak and it was all gristle to where we had to send it back and order another filet. Their service was fine, nothing special. This place is ass cheeks. It's overpriced and the portions are wack. The quality is not there with this place. Not worth the money.

First, I read all the other reviews, and thought to give this place a redeeming chance. Let's just assume that a place named THE STEAKHOUSE would know how to cook a steak. The menu has color coded options for how to serve your cut of beef.. Unique colors for each level of cooking. I asked for MEDIUM WELL, to adjust for the French chef bell curve, and knowing they do not cook the meat as well as you request. So, the steak arrives, and almost resists the cut of a knife. The muscle is flexing back and forth with each attempt to cut. After getting through it, the meat is not just red inside - but still retained some shiny translucent fresh muscle tissue color. I sent it back, with polite rebuttal that the steak as not as I requested. After awhile, the same steak is returned, and where my cuts were, looked better, but after cutting just behind my first cuts, there was no noticeable change... still fresh muscle. I explained that is wasn't cooked, and asked my waiter's opinion.. to which he admitted that my steak was still RARE. The steak went back, with the agreement the kitchen can try again with a fresh cut of meat. The second steak eventually came out, and it was not even the same cut. The second steak was about 1/4 fatty mass. This was to be a 200g cut, but was most likely 125g meat...75g fat. To add insult, the inside was equally rare as the first steak. SO - after dialogue with the manager, clearly agreeing upon my desired cooking of the steak, the second steak returned - again, still RARE. So I asked for a menu, and sent that second steak back...clearly communicating to the manager that "THE STEAKHOUSE" can't cook a steak... So I ordered the jumbo prawns. The prawns were OK, a decent serving, decent flavor, served with a side of white rice. (missing something, just cant suggest what would have better compliment this dish) To add insult to this meal, we were using our meal vouchers from the Disney Land Hotel Booking, and they restaurant could only refund our wine and beer... they could not wipe the cost of the meals. (~79 euro/person)... This business doesn't need to improve their cooking, as all the Disney guests are a captive audience, and after you choose to eat there, you are stuck with their POOR product, and OK service. Please read the other reviews, and understand that the masses who give this restaurant a low rating are actually trying to warn you.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Only after we ended up sitting down to this restaurant did I start glancing at the previous Yelp reviews. My stomach dropped when I read many bad reviews about the food and service. In general I found it difficult to get access to food in the Disneyland Paris area. There are choices but nothing too unique for tourists. It was a lot of burgers and fries type restaurants. So we chose this Steakhouse instead. It seemed like our server was over-seated and running around to keep up. He was energetic and way friendlier than I expected considering how 'in the weeds' he was. But we were able to eventually put in our order. The Chicago dinner set was the cheapest and I thought it had most of what I would've wanted: Caesar salad, steak, and dessert. Chicken Caesar had a lot of chicken on it but the chicken didn't taste so great. I was most turned off by the Angus skirt steak. It was just so tough and I gave up on eating it since it took so much time to chew each piece. I kept cutting it with my knife in hopes of finding a more tender piece. The pistacchio cream dessert was by far the best thing. It had a hazelnut spread layer beneath the cream and a crispy wafer. It was a lot of dessert for one person but ended up making up for my lack of dinner. It could be such a great restaurant since it is a HUGE expansive space. If only they would tenderize the beef or import from other areas? I think people would be willing to pay more. read more

I'm reviewing only to mention how terrible the service we received from Joffrey, the manager, was. This person should not work in a customer facing role. We had a legitimate issue with one of our magic passes when dining and were told that he was looking into it. He could not have cared less and returned to our table moments later to inform us 'this is Disneys problem, not the restaurants'. We were told that he would not accept the pass and very loudly informed 'if you want to eat here, you will have to pay'. We were treated as if we were trying to get a free meal which was very embarrassing. Really poor class from a very jumped up manager. We ate somewhere else within the village although Joffrey successfully spoiled the last night of our family vacation. This was a pretty decent resteraunt, but I wish I read the reviews first. The Cesar salad was pretty flavorless with alot of chicken, The burger was Cold, and the pasta was under seasoned and not very filling. The dessert redeems the meal. The cake that comes with the kids meal is nothing special, the flan thing is pretty good, and the lemon cheesecake Is lemon cheesecake. We came here around 6pm and it was almost deserted. There were only 2 other small tables filled. We thought this would be great, since we'd have the waiters' undivided attention. We were wrong. We waited quite a while for our orders to be filled and even longer for our waters to be refilled. All the waiters were blissfully standing in a group including what seems to be the headwaiter laughing and conversing. By the time my arm gave out from being raised to get their attention, they finally came to our rescue. We ordered the 30EUR set menu (1 appetizer, 1 entrée). The appetizers were alright - nothing special. Unfortunately for us, the service wasn't the worst part of the night. For our entrees, we both ordered the steak - one medium rare and one medium well. When we received them, they were both extremely rare. I'm pretty sure our steaks were still moo-ing. We could barely cut it with our knives. Not wanting to get food poisoning, we called over our waiter (who again took forever to arrive) and asked for them to be returned. He asked if we wanted them to be well done and we assured him we didn't. We just wanted what we ordered, medium, which means not rare. (Of course, we were very kind going about this). Upon receiving steaks #2, they looked half the size of steaks #1, but we gave it a shot. They were blackened. This time they were hard to cut because they were extremely well done. I tasted it and it was crazy bitter, probably from being burnt. I tried to suck it up and eat more, since we already asked for a replacement. But the taste was just too bad, it made me gag. So once again, we called over our waiter, who thankfully arrived swiftly, and told him of our dilemma. He apologized and took them back to the kitchen. I was about to lose all hope, but when steaks #3 arrived, the waiter refused to leave our table until we tried the steak. These were the same size as steaks #1 and had trails of beef juices, signaling it wasn't well done. When we cut it open, they were finally medium rare/well and tasted edible. We thanked the waiter and continued our meal. However, despite the taste, it was still hard to chew the steak - not at the fault of the chef - but due to the quality of the steak. The sauce it came with also didn't seem to match well. Even if we received steaks #3 first, we would have given the restaurant a 2 star rating - considering the slow service and the price of the low quality steak. We'll definitely never come back here, but we do appreciate the waiter that kept going back to the kitchen and "hopefully" not spitting in our food....hopefully. read more

TLDR; over priced bad service and food. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere. Not even close to Disney standards. This restaurant does not produce the quality of food or service that its prices would lead one to believe. This a very expensive place, and you can expect to pay between 60 to 100 Euro per person (starter, main course, dessert, and a drink). However, the quality is worth 50 at best. They seem to be taking advantage of customers who are staying at Disneyland Paris and do not have the means to go elsewhere. They are charging a Disney price without meeting the standards that Disney is known for in its service industries. It took nearly 30 minutes after being seated just to get some water. Then once food did arrive they tried to rush us out until it was time to pay the check. At that time, the wait staff disappeared again. Now about the food. My wife and I had the Steakhouse Caesar salad (chicken caesar salad) for a starter. The chicken was the weak point of this dish. It seemed to be the cold processed chicken with grill marks that you can find at a grocery store. Other than the chicken, it was just an ordinary caesar salad. For the main course I had a flank steak and my wife had mushroom chicken. The steak was over cooked almost passed well done even though it was supposed to be medium. Although it was overcooked, it was not warm when it came out. The fries that came with it were cold upon arrival, and tasted as if they had been sitting out for awhile. The peppercorn sauce was nothing more than au jus. My wife's mushroom chicken was chicken that had a skewer with three button mushrooms stuck in it. It had what could have been a mushroom cream sauce with it, but it did not have any mushroom flavor to it if it was. Her dish also came with a baked potato that was hard and chewy like a potato that had been microwaved too long or one too many times. Lastly, we both had the raspberry lemon creme brûlée. I ate here this evening with a group of 5 people. We have the dining plan for staying at the hotel on site. 3 of us upgraded our meal, a 5€ difference between what our voucher allotted and what the upgraded meal cost. Our bill should have been 15€ but was over 40€. The waitress we had did not seem to know what she was doing. This was not a language barrier issue. The service during our meal was also less than exceptional. She forgot to bring several drinks and still charged for them. She did begrudgingly remove them from the total bill after a bit of arguing. The food was pretty good, not great. We got a variety of different things and everyone was pretty satisfied. The meal took over 2.5 hours which was much longer than we have experienced for similar meals at the resort. I would pick another option in the Disney Village area due to the service defects. We have had amazing service (not just for France.... The service would be considered great anywhere.) at every other place on the Disney area. read more

We returned to Disneyland Paris this year and decided to return to The Steakhouse for another meal since we enjoyed it so much during our last visit. I was not impressed this time around. First, they changed the menu. The menu we found online was not correct. Many of the items we enjoyed the first time a year ago were gone. That wasn't a deal breaker, we did find other things we liked, however, our server seemed to be in a hurry and asked us not to order starters. Even when I protested a bit, she again requested we did not order any starters, which is a first for me at any restaurant, and even more unbelievable when you consider the place was empty at 6:00PM on a Wednesday. Dunno what her hurry was, but she never came back to get us another round of drinks and we had to flag down another server to get our cheque. Overall the experience the second time around was dreadful, the food was mediocre, and the service was horrible. For the 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child) my husband and I ordered the dinners with starter, main dish, dessert. For the starter we had the tortilla salad with duck. It was very small salad portion with a good portion of duck. The duck didn't taste good, it was overcooked and resembled leather. I had the chicken Caesar salad and it was a good portion and a lot of chicken. That was the best part of dinner. For the main course my husband ordered a fillet (42€), and the steak was the quality of a cheap restaurant, fatty, and was overcooked. I ordered the vegetable lasagna which resembled a microwave dinner for (37€), but it was edible with a lot of salt. My daughter got the ribs (30€), let me warn you it was terrible! A big meaty portion, but I can't believe how overcooked and dry it was. It's soo sad because it was a nice slab of ribs. They knew it was overcooked because they literally dunked it in BBQ sauce. It was soo greasy my daughter could not even eat it. Then to make matters worse, the dessert round came out and my husband had chocolate cake, which was ok. I had creme brûlée. The waitress lit it on fire and it kept burning for a while after she put it in front of me. It was soo thin and not firm at all. It was terrible.
