I wouldn't do it over and over again (especially with how hard it can be to get a reservation and how pricey it is), but if you can do it at least once, DEFINITELY DO IT! Food was good! I loved how some of the dishes were themed and incorporated Ratatoutille. Desserts were the standout from the foods with the main dishes being a bit weaker. I came with a party of 4 and we all did the Emile Menu (starter, main course, and dessert). I ordered the Mixed Salad and Grilled Steak with Fries (with green peppercorn sauce). I was also able to try the Roasted Chicken Supreme, Cod, and the Seasonal Soup. Now the desserts were where it was at! Surprisingly, our favorite dessert was the chocolate mousse! Really silky smooth texture and a nice chocolate flavor (not too dark or bold). Unfortunately, the sweet potato side didn't live up to the salad's level, and both had prices that felt steep given their simple ingredients. That leads me to the opinion that these dishes would be better suited to a more casual environment. The restaurant is beautiful, but if the prices and atmosphere were relaxed, it'd be difficult not to get this kale every day. Naturally, it's silly that I suggest the restaurant do a complete overhaul, but I wish I could have this salad at a price that reflects its production cost. That way, I'd be back repeatedly, even within the same trip to Paris. And as a reminder, remove the croutons. Parmesan doesn't need any help making a salad shine.
