The fact that he showed no stress about the multiple tasks, and that he was calm, cool and polite was refreshing. Russel has always been a good go-to guy for information about current stock. Once he dialed in what I look for, he lets me know as I enter items I should check out. I'm not sure of his name..red hair (Eric?), but has a great understanding of plants and cooking. He had the best descriptions of terpenes ever, and helped me understand how they work.

It is insulting to be told by this store's manager that I should have to police their employees' behavior by announcing when I am "not in the mood for conversation" just to be left alone. When I pushed back on this toxic excuse, management simply ghosted me, proving they have no interest in professional standards. I am not here to train your staff on basic social decency, nor should any customer have to sacrifice their dignity just to make a purchase.
