I felt bad for the people who came after me. $20 dollars for a salad and they are shooing you out during business hours. Ownership usually would fire you if you started breaking down during business hours. As my boss used to say "we're open till 10. Don't let the people think they shouldn't be there." You ask top dollar for salads, be welcoming. A couple came in 15 minutes before closing, put in their order, and then left before they got their order. The vibe was obvious. They didn't want you there. Salad is fantastic.
