Yet, this PetSmart is well kept and up to date. The only downfall is the exterior which has plenty of urine and fecal matter. It smells before you come inside. When I arrived, another groomer reminded Kristal that my pup was her 3:30 appointment. Kristal appeared frustrated, rolled her eyes, raised her eyebrows, and told me, "I'll take you back in a minute. I still have to finish this dog." I understand that scheduling mix-ups happen, but her body language and tone came across as though she did not want to be there. I offered to cancel and reschedule with another groomer, and she said, "No, I have to stay anyway," in a tone that made me uncomfortable leaving my pup in her care. Because of the interaction, I decided to cancel. Luckily, I was able to make an appointment at another grooming salon, and my pup came out so happy and looking incredibly handsome. Unfortunately It is safe to say I will not be returning here for grooming services I believe a groomer's attitude and personality are important because pets can pick up on that energy. As a pet owner, I want my pup to feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for.
