When I called to rectify, they told me the next time I come, they will fix it. That didn't work for us as we had a vegetarian with us so they did replace the dish. Also, don't lie and tell me 5-10 minutes to give me false hope. Tell me the truth so I can at least go sit in my car or get my phone or do errands instead of wasting my time.
