First, They sent me a defective pair of pants that were refunded after return. I did not notice that one of the belts I ordered was defective aswell. When I tried it on. everytime I walked, the buckle came of because the holes are big for the small pin that barely has anything to hold of. I contacted them through the phone email and chat yet they refused any help, even tried contacting the owner. I even tried dealing with them through a report to the Better Business Bureau, yet nothing. It is very dissapointing the type of treatment they give to costumers. Having to go back and foward to the hospital in the time of recovering from surgeries, this experience was awfull and this people are quite cruel and inhumane, really greedy and only care about money. I trusted them with a very special occasion that happened on 5/24/26, day which I realized the defect on the belt if they want to assume I wore it, It was stored all along while recovering from the surgeries, which I still am. For example, Amazon whom many times refunded defected items 4 months late if you return the item and show proof of it being defective. Wish they were accountable for selling me a defective item. Wish the Owner Fernando would've known of this so he would step foward into his company and stop trusting workers who do not care for his bussiness. He suggested different sizes and even told me about their hat-steaming service, which I had never heard of before. The girls who work at this stand are very nice and aren't trying to push you into purchasing their merchandise. They are helpful with finding a size for you as well colors you may like. Although they are a small stand they do have a wide variety of sports teams. They except cash and card without a fee. My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I was okay with that however they never called me or asked me for approval for the patch they went ahead and embroidered it without approving it. We had to go back and make changes because the patch didn't meet our expectations. Nothing like the artwork we submitted. We had to go back and forth because they didn't want to refund us so we decided to give them another chance... it is October now . I called yesterday for an update and was told I'd get a call back from Jose the owner , not surprised I haven't received a call or an update. I will not be coming back here. The lack of communication for what you're paying is not worth it for getting charged twice after they charged us almost $1000 for 3 jackets . Ridiculous.

The vendor responded immediately indicating they would ship my hat once they received a merchandise shipment. I eventually received my order after about week and a half later. I was not satisfied with the order because the company name was also embroidered on the side of the cap which was not indicated on the description nor the picture provided on their website. I reached out several times via email (only option offered) and they have ignored all my inquiries about returning the item. Red flag I failed to notice is that their website doesn't have a return policy stated and only asks you to contact via email. I've decided to stop reaching out and cut my loss however I'm posting this review to make others aware of the poor customer service .
