Thought I only needed 5-10'items but I left with 30+ Baseball caps / trucker hats / Snap Backs / Flex Fit caps. Comes in adult and kids sizes and in many colors and quality levels. It's about $2.50-5.50 a cap. I was a bit disappointed that they did not have the L/XL adult sizes in stock. Straw beach hats. Nice selection of men and women's straw hats. Prices range from $3.50-5.00 each. All prices are "wholesale" prices so vendor licenses aren't needed here. I would go back!

My friend immediately recommended Embroidery One and told me their attention to detail and quality were unmatched. He was absolutely right. I contacted Embroidery One with a large project (1,000 hats), and they nailed it. Before they went into production, they ran a sample for me to approve. The quality of the embroidery was excellent, communication was clear and consistent, and the pricing was much lower than what I was paying before. From start to finish, the experience was superb. I'm so happy I finally found a reliable wholesale contract embroiderer in Los Angeles that can handle high-volume orders without compromising on quality. Will definitely be working with them again. Embroidery One is the best hands down.

The vendor responded immediately indicating they would ship my hat once they received a merchandise shipment. I eventually received my order after about week and a half later. I was not satisfied with the order because the company name was also embroidered on the side of the cap which was not indicated on the description nor the picture provided on their website. I reached out several times via email (only option offered) and they have ignored all my inquiries about returning the item. Red flag I failed to notice is that their website doesn't have a return policy stated and only asks you to contact via email.
