My daughter was skipping by the table (to get to our table) where they were sitting and the two dogs lunge at her from under the table and bites her on the leg. I bring her outside while my husband gives the dog owner a few words. One of the workers came out to check on us, brought ice and tissues and proceeded to tell us that we "needed to keep a tight leash on our children". Um what? The worker made it known to me that they "were regulars" and know them. I don't see how that makes it okay for two dogs to attack someone relevant. I go inside to confront the man and ask for his number just in case my daughter has severe injuries from the bite, he was extremely rude and didnt have a care in the world about what happened or if my daughter was okay. Hi Wire, is this a place for pets to sit inside with their owners or a place for people to eat, drink and play games? Sure felt very un family friendly.

They are very rare and hard to find back home (Greensboro), so I had to stock up. The space is exceptional. Huge beer hall with a large bar top area, tables, couches and comfy chairs. Add in some tv's throughout with sports on, and some foosball and shuffle board, and you have a super fun spot to hang out. The outdoor patio is super comfy as well, and surrounded by beautiful large trees. This is a place I need to stop in every time we're in the Wilmington area. For the great beer, the great space, and to take home half the store lol.

Teaches Peaches, 1. Watermelon Dragon Fruit Burst. I was familiar with the first three and loved them. I jokingly refer to Wrightsville Beach Orange Crush as creamsicle beer. It isn't too sweet, but the Orange flavor is quite strong. The Waterline Kolsh is light and very easy to drink. The Teaches Peaches is one of my favorites due to its light fruity flavor. The Watermelon Dragon Fruit Burst was a wildcard in Tony's lineup. This sour was a refreshing way to mix up my beer tasting. My friend also got a flight and didn't like one of the beers he chose. Tony swapped it out for a different beer as soon as I told him and the new one was well-received. My favorite part of this visit was that Tony decided to bring me a sample of the 8. Firestone Walker Mind Haze, because it was a non-hoppy IPA and he thought I might like it. It wasn't my fave, but I really appreciated the opportunity to try something new. I snacked on free popcorn all during my visit. The popcorn machine is in the back. Also in the back are single-stall restrooms. It's a huge space with a long bar and plenty of seats. The main area has tables and comfortable seating vignettes, they have a back area with more tables, and a small patio. They also serve cocktails! And, you can watch a surfboard shaper at work! Some would say Wilmington has enough breweries, but my family will say that we can never have enough of this fine brewer.
