Most of what I ordered had to be special ordered. He helped me to determine how many lights I might need and encouraged me to "make sure" that I had enough. My bill was over 2k. This week the electrician was able to come out and put the lights in and I returned to Seth's to bring back what I over bought and the items that did not work (stair lights that didn't fit and were too long) And what was over purchased. I was told that the return policy was only store credit for special order items, and 7 days for store credit. They would not take anything back, not even for store credit. Not even the items that they keep in stock. The older man was quite hateful about it. He made remarks about not knowing what people are thinking - well I was thinking that I was told the truth that I could return what wasn't used, and that I had been helped by professionals. Not so! it seems that I went to a place that doesn't know their own policy for returns, or at the very least miscommunicated it. I am very disappointed and will not shop at Seth's nor recommend it to anyone else. I have beautiful lighting, but I also have hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise that I cannot use. if I had been told their real return policy I would not have overpurchased, thinking that it was better to have it and not need it than to have to order something missed. Lesson learned, but I won't make this mistake again. And hopefully others will learn from my very expensive mistake.

So, when I found out that Graham's had a second location that would be a closeout store this fall, I had to go. On both occasions that I have visited the Cordova Graham's, the staff have been incredibly unhelpful and bordering on rude. When I asked staff a question about their products, they barely looked at me and instead told me to go look through the store for myself, refusing to answer my questions. Once might have been a fluke, but twice points to a serious management and culture issue. I don't really understand the point of having sales floor staff if they can't be bothered to help their customers, much less treat them with kindness. I won't be back.

Extreme mediocrity is the game here. The reason they run sales is to bring the prices to a somewhat…read morerealistic price. Bought a fan a la carte, blades, light kit and globes all a la carte. Paid in advance and globes, from the showroom floor, had been discontinued and no longer available. I had to talk to three people and make 2 trips to the store for a refund for a product I never received. Their reason... it was a special order item Also purchased a pendant light for dining room table during the sale. Was told it would be ready for pick up in about a week. Get the call a week later, went by to pick it up.... it was the floor model they took down and boxed up. I told them I had purchased a new fixture on sale not a discounted used floor model. I'm still waiting for them to return that money. Being pricy doesn't make your store "high end" I was very disappointed, but only after 5 days after our check cleared the bank, and hadn't picked up what was paid for in advance. Lesson learned
