What an amazing team! Our dogs ran into our builder grade screen door. The home is a year old so I was able to get in touch with the team that installed the door for the build and they wanted $290 for a new door. I didn't think that was feasible for the quality. I called around and wasn't impressed with other companies customer care or knowledge. I took to Facebook and someone referred The Screen Doctor. I called and spoke with Kathy whom was very helpful and professional. I was able to make an apt appointment next day for consult & the two gentleman that came were very knowledgeable. They put together a new screen door on site and let me tell you there's a night and day difference between quality from builder grade to this upgrade. A lot more sturdy! I was having trouble scheduling due to nap schedules and the office personnel helped me out and was able to accommodate my needs. The screen doctor and his son showed up to our house, and perfected out screens. They were friendly, quick and efficient. It's a dad/son company, felt safe when it was just my wife and toddler home, very very family oriented. The screens are perfect. They fit great, I can see through them, no bugs in the house. This is that rare company that is all about customer service but you do not get to deal with them that often, but one you do - customer for life! From phone call to completed project it was less than 18 hours. From when they knocked on my door to finished - it was 30 minutes! Everything they said was exactly what it was. Be there at 9:30 - knocked on the door at 9:29. Cost per window was exactly that - no extra this or that - boom - exact price what he said on the phone. As a homeowner we rarely change out screens - but this is the only company you should ever call when that time comes!!!! read more

The guys did a great job and my front door screen has been working great! They were all very friendly and got everything taken care of in less than an hour, even with the high heat last week. The only constructive criticism I would offer would be to at least primer (or paint) the wood strips they put in my doorway to help make the screen fit. The wood color sticks out like a sore thumb when you look at it from the inside. They did the same when installing one at my brother-in-law's house. Other than that, they were great! read more
