Just had Pozitive out to clean all 25 windows and re-screen every screen for our 19 year old house, including replacing a builder grade sliding screen door and cleaning our solar panels and garage doors. We recently had our turf installed in our backyard and shortly after installation, we noticed a reflection coming from our bottom windows onto our turf which many of you know can melt the turf. Not what we wanted after this investment. In a panic, we reached out to Joshua Birdsell with Pozitive Enterprises Screen Shop to help us. We completely trust their work as this is based on our first experience with this company when we needed to get our sliding door screen replaced. So naturally, we reached out to them again. This time, we wanted to have the bottom two windows looked at. We weren't sure if tint would be the best option because if you can see in the first picture, we did install some tint to one of the windows as a test before our turf was installed and it was still reflecting onto our lawn. Anyway, we reached out and they recommended we get solar screens. We decided to do that and the next day they came and took measurements. The screens were installed the same day. The sun started to set and no reflection. They saved our lawn. I also appreciate the process being flawless and stress free from the quote, sizing, installation and the customer service. Also we noticed the house feels cooler with the solar screens on. These windows are sun facing so our living room gets pretty warm in the summer time. I can not recommend them enough, Unbelievable results, they cleaned all my windows and my solar panels. The glass is all cleaner than it has ever been. The craziest thing is that the way they do it the glass looks just as good after it rains, whatever the do the rain didn't mess it up at all. After they cleaned them they looked so clear my dog ran into the glass and like 3 weeks after cleaning my wife came home one day and thought I left the slideing glass door open because it was so clear she thought it was opened. They fixed my sliding door screen and put brass rollers and pet proof screen material on it and cleaned all of the other screens. They were super professional and wore shoe covers in the house. They cleaned all of the window tracks and second story windows inside and out. They even were able to get hard water stains off the roof of my Tesla that the car wash couldn't get off after several attempts. They have a subscription plan that is very affordable and a great value to maintain them that I signed up for, they will come every 3 months to keep them looking amazing all the time and keep the solar at peak performance.
