For a Sunday night near closing and off-peak season, the wait was longer than I expected, about 45 minutes. If you're able to make reservation in advance, I would do it. I'm glad I shared it with my sister. The portion was generous. The carrot puree, red rice & lentils complimented the pork so effortlessly. The pork was tendered and flavorful. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the dish. Delicious! Huckleberry is a regional favorite and a thing in Wyoming because they grow wild in the area. I had to try the Huckleberry Cosmo.
