This resterraunt is part of the golf course with a beautiful view! There were 6 of us so we sat out on the patio and were greeted immediately. We ordered drinks and food and enjoy the nice weathet. Food came pretty quickly, it was yummy and I appreciated that the waitress brought carafe with extra water & Dr P so we could fill up our own glasses. I think I'm just going to start out this review with what I said while dining after our round of golf with "I wish I could just do this over and over every weekend!" Three Canyons Restaurant is the way anyone would want to finish a day of golfing, the views are impeccable. The menu has something for all from a nice healthy and lite selection of salads and appetizers to protein conscience folks to indulging in a burger or chili fries it's got it all for everyone. Amazing views and really good food too. Service was also fantastic. This place is hands down the best dining around this valley. read more

Great little spot in what feels like middle of nowhere Wyoming. Golf courses typically have good food and Three canyons did not disappoint. 6 oz sirloin, asparagus, wild rice and a caesar salad-23$ . Steak was tasty , a really good all around meal. My wife had garlic chicken and enjoyed it. Nice golf course views from the deck, seemed to be a hotspot for the locals!! I was expecting better. We heard the owner was a known chef in the valley and for the price point you would expect it to be great. The view and service were the best parts. Pretzel bites were greasy. The Buffalo cauliflower is not even tossed in the sauce. Tenderloin sliders were tough. Pasta was under seasoned and the burger was nothing special. I've had the pizza at the pool and it's much better (same chef I heard). They were out of ribs at 530pm as well. Strange. Maybe they had an off night. We have friends coming into town and we were going to take them there but now I'm not sure. read more

Good food even though both times we have been here, the wait was long. The first time because there were many unexpected take-out orders. This time because one of their fryers went down. All info supplied by our waitstaff as apology for the long wait. Restaurant can be confusing as the sign outside says: "Cascade" while inside says "Three Canyons". Our first time here but we plan on returning A LOT! we had the chicken tortilla soup for starters and it was almost like a Chile consistency. Thick, delicious, and lots of chicken. Our next course was Chicken Alfredo and it just as delicious. Adult libations are outstanding and reasonably priced. My wife had 44 North Huckleberry vodka with soda and I had a Smokey Old Fashioned that was smooth as I've ever had. The service was outstanding and our servers were very friendly. Felt like friends. We sat in the dining room with a beautiful elevated view of the pristine gold course. What a great experience. A great time was had by all! read more

This is our go to when we want a good meal. They always do a great job and make great drinks. Food is always predictable and good. I love the sirloin sliders and my wife always has a hard time deciding because she likes almost everything on the menu. read more

Service was HORRIBLE!! Unless you like waiting an hour to even be acknowledged when always in a perfectly visible table. Also way overpriced. We got up and left wasting an hour of our vacation time. If I could rate 0 stars I would. My experience at 3 Canyons was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. The food I was served was severely overcooked and tasted burnt, and my drink was intentionally left warm instead of being served cold. Based on the condition of the food and drink, it felt deliberate rather than accidental, especially given the interaction with staff. No customer should feel singled out or treated poorly for personal reasons. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Until there are major improvements in staff behavior and service standards, I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

The food was ok. Some of it was cold. Party of 7 and we were served two at a time, 20 minutes in between. Server was quite rude and clearly doesn't see the value in customer service. The owner came out and followed suit with the server and gave a laundry list of excuses but zero in the form of solutions, remorse or accountability. "This is how it is here" and "locals know that food takes 2 hours." This would be fantastic information to know before choosing to dine here. Still required to leave a 20 percent gratuity. Been coming to Star Valley for 10 years. Ever since they hired the new Chef this place is phenomenal. Best food in all directions for miles.

The food was amazing. I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had shrimp basket and our friend had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. All was good. We ate inside as there was music outside and it was breezy. Thought it would be loud. Unfortunately, it was louder inside with rowdy golfers having a good time. Still, highly recommend you try it! My family has eaten here multiple times and we've always been happy. The service is always great, the blonde gal at night is a wonderful server, always gets our order right and makes sure we have everything we need. The early afternoon server is also good, always friendly and accommodating when our book club is there. The food is delicious. The chicken sandwich is juicy and flavorful, the BLT is very tasty and full bacon, the loaded tots on the appetizer menu are amazing we get them every time because they are that good, but definitely share because it's a lot! I've ordered drinks from the bar and they are just right, good flavor, not chintzy with the alcohol. I love their apple pie one in the cold months. Lastly the views cannot be beat! Beautiful mountains surrounding you, snowy hills and trees in the winter, and green grass from the golf courses in the summer. Just an idyllic place to have a meal with friends or family. We are excited to have this restaurant on the ranch and ordered dinner for our family to go. I had the 9oz breaded Trout filet and it was so delicious! I chose the vegetables of the day for one of my sides which was cauliflower and broccoli as well as the mashed potatoes with brown gravy. My Grandma has the grilled basil chicken breast with the same sides as I did, it was tender and she enjoyed it. My Mother had the 6oz beef tenderloin with the vegetables of the day and a baked potato with sour cream and butter. The steak was so good! We have had nothing but stellar pleasant visits at Three Canyons. Everyone there is very welcoming and we are always greeted with warm smiles. The location is beautifully situated on the golf course and the atmosphere is inviting. Food is excellent! We love the wings, sirloin sliders, amazingly flavorful cheeseburgers, onion rings and delicious salmon or trout just to name a few favs. Katie works hard as the owner of the business and treats her employees like family. First of all 9/10 food items were great. The chicken was straight out of a freezer section door. We tried a bit of everything and it was all really great (besides that chicken thing). They lose 2 stars because of the customer service and managements attitude. Guy was a prick and smartass. Not in a cheeky sort of way either unfortunately. They are crazy understaffed and menu items were out by dinner time both nights. Really weird they are so mismanaged that they couldn't get enough food for one of the biggest tourism weekends of the year I would guess (4th of July). We waited 2 hours for our food. After 1.5 hours of waiting, noticing that the restaurant was rather empty, AND seeing that others seated after us were receiving their food, we decided to talk to our waitress. We asked her where our food was and if they hadn't started cooking it yet, they could go ahead and cancel the order. We were assured that the food was being plated. 15 minutes later we still didn't have our food. We let the cook know that we no longer wanted to wait for our food, as we felt we had been forgotten. As I said, people who were seated 50 minutes after us had already been served. The cook, who also said he's the manager, was very rude. He told us that waiting 2 hours for food was normal (again, others with bigger parties weren't) and the food wasn't that great to wait 2 hours for. We were offered a 25% discount after a lot of arguing and given our food in a to go bag. The food went directly in the garbage. Go down to The Grill at Star Valley Ranch down the road. It's much better, less expensive, and perfect service. read more
