Awesome food and great owners and staff. Ambiance, food and service is awesome. Chef always plans awesome specials and Fathers day was lobster rolls and lobster eggs Benedict.

Farm to table vibe. Food was tasty. My love ordered the traditional breakfast. We liked the griddle cooked English muffins over toasting them. My coffee cake muffin was yummy goodness. The restaurant was full when we arrived so we chose to sit at the counter versus wait for a table. Service with a smile. A nice stop.

What a treasure of a find in little small town Thayne. Thank you Yelp and fellow Yelpers for leading the way. Yelp needs to have a Best of Small Town USA. Graze would certainly make the list! The 5 star rating and hungry for a late breakfast/brunch had us slamming the brakes! The tables were adorned with fresh flowers, outdoor dining patio, small bar with alcoholic brunch offerings, and friendly servers greeted us. Hubs opted for the special of Belgian waffle Benedict of bourbon syrup, fried chicken, poached eggs with hollandaise. He very much enjoyed this creative Benedict twist and his eggs were poached perfectly. I opted for a protein packed breakfast, Pork Green Chili and Eggs, $16. It was layered refried black beans, tender pork, melty cheese, salsa, fresh cilantro, topped my poached eggs (diners choice) and a tortilla. It was delicious, piping hot, very filling and I could only eat half the brunch entree-so it's shareable. My only complaint was the poached eggs were overcooked and not runny. The owner was the only cook it appeared. I'm certain my brunch entree sat under a heat lamp too long and overcooked the eggs. Do yourself a favor and dine here if passing through this small town, Thayne. We hope to return!

Wow!! Can't believe you can find a gem like this in Thayne, Wyoming. It's def my fav restaurant right now. Cutest space, amazing service and the food was as close to perfect as it can get. Fresh squeezed pomegranate lemonade was fab. Absolutely worth the wait for a table. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! All the dishes looked so good-

    Soooo Good!

Ordered the pork green chili & eggs....it was DELICIOUS!!!! Huge portion, took up the whole plate! Service was awesome too! You all have to try this place in lil'ol Thayne, Wyoming! Breakfast and lunch only. Open Sunday - Thursday!

    Yummy!

No question, 5*****! The total experience was great. I had the green chili & eggs, my wife had the crab cake eggs Benedict served over avocado. The food was cooked to perfection, the flavors were dynamic, the quality was obvious. First star- food was amazing. Second star- the place was very clean. Third star- service was prompt and courteous. Fourth star- owners were there and welcoming. Fifth star- ambiance was awesome. Got our friends a gift card for them to try. Be back soon!

Ate here for lunch with my family, we were pleased the whole time. It is very tiny inside so make a reservation before it can fill up or you might have to wait a bit. On their busiest days, being Sundays, you will have a bit of a wait with service but that just comes with having the lunch crowd. I do love that they're open on Sundays, not a lot open in Thayne on Sundays! I ordered the BLT, which had delicious and thick bacon on it with an amazing mayo pesto spread. 10/10 sandwich. A second favorite to try from them is their Wagyu Burger, it will be the best burger you will have in Thayne! They also have a small outdoor seating area along with a little bar on the inside. A cute little restaurant with amazing food. The best in Star Valley for breakfast and lunch! Servers were all nice and made sure everything was cooked properly!

Sausage-loaded gravy on a scrumptious biscuit, perfectly fried eggs and hash browns to die for.

The Rolling Omelet - Bacon breakfast burrito

    The Rolling Omelet

A really cool and novel breakfast/lunch spot that creatively uses their space on an old school bus…read more Friendly owners, good food. I thought the breakfast burrito was great except it was a little heavy on the potatoes and could have been balanced better with more eggs and less potato. Also their red salsa that was supposed to be the hot one needs a lot more heat, it almost wasn't there at all, but perhaps it's just par for the area. But the real shining star dish from here is the quesabirrias with complimentary consomé, but I think they call it cheesy beef tacos or something like that. Breakfast is only served until 10am, but they do the breakfast burritos until closing at 2pm. Dont skip this great spot!

Such a fun little bus full of food! The owners are very kind and personable and awesome chefs too…read more The food here is tasty and reasonably priced too, which always makes my experience "that much better". I went with a group of family and friends and got to try a bite or two of various items on the menu. The biscuits and gravy had a nice flavor, it was hard to find the them underneath the heaping of gravy that covers the plate, but having too much food shouldn't be a bad thing. The pancakes were delightful and delicious and huge! I got to try the CrossFit Burrito and boy oh boy that was a winner. It was large and in charge, perfect to cut in half and share--and the homemade salsa topped it off perfectly. I also got a bite of Monte Cristo, not my favorite and it was the most expensive item, but it was alright to try. The bus has a fun atmosphere but it's a little squishy--they do have outdoor seating, but that's no fun when it's pouring rain. Overall, fun and fabulous! I recommend making a pit stop here when you can. TIPS & TRICKS: * Bring your appetite or just share! Again, plenty of food and you'll definitely have leftovers. * You can take your meal to go if you don't have time to have an easy, slow breakfast morning.
