There were prices for such items as coffees and sandwiches but I did not see any prices for pastries and the labels detailing what the pastries are were faded and illegible. I was extremely surprised that a single bread roll costs $4 like I understand this is Jackson but that is just robbery. My pastry was also dry and there was nothing special about it. Even at the cash register nobody asked me how my day was going they just said "is that it? I ate a lemon danish and it was delicious. This was the best danish I ever had because it wasn't overly sweet, and it had a soft texture. Carstens is by far the best German Bakery in the State of Idaho. The prices were reasonable, customer service was great and their donuts and pastries tasted amazing! I highly recommend stopping at Carstens if you want good quality pastries.
