We personally liked the plain unglazed donuts. As they were crispy and delicious but not too greasy. They can add chocolate, cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar on the donuts. I ordered a black coffee both times and the coffee is very smooth. I don't know if they make other coffee drinks, but they were only doing drip coffee at this time, which was fine by me. Currently due to Covid they are only doing drive up or you can walk up and they'll take your order as well. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. Check them out if you are nearby it's a treat.

Plenty early enough for us to still get on the road early for a leisurely drive through the Grand Teton in the morning. Our room was nice. Since we are elderly and our room was on the second floor (no elevator) , it was very convenient to have a room close to the stairs. We were amazed that there were no USB ports at all in our room. Who doesn't provide USB ports? The front desk staff were very helpful in providing information on nearby businesses where we could buy USB charging ports for our iPhone charging cables and our portable batteries. We enjoyed all the other amenities in our room. We loved the facilities themselves. The restaurant was outstanding! We were greeted enthusiastically as soon as we crossed the threshold. Our server, Jamie, was superb in every way--her demeanor, her knowledge of the food items, her interest in the fact that this is our "Birthday Road Trip" and her quality service. We are so glad Jamie raved about the Huckleberry lemonade and encouraged us to try it. That lemonade was delicious! The food was outstanding ! The portions were so large, as much as we hated to, we couldn't finish those huge steaks or all of the corn appetizer. The garlic mashed potatoes and garlic beans were delicious. What was especially beautiful about the beans is that they were cooked just right. Jamie served us bread with what she explained is their signature whipped mascarpone cream with honey . It was so very good. We loved being in the restaurant and lingered after our dinner. We loved the ambiance, the service (Jamie helped us celebrate our birthdays), the music playing in the background, the room temperature and the fire burning in the fireplace. They call names from inside behind the counter, so if you are not within 4 feet of the counter you will not hear them. We sat on the patio near the garden and the view was beautiful. My "large" latte was the same small size of my husband's drip coffee and both appeared to be around 12-14oz. Disappointing. The drip coffee was okay, but not worth returning for and my almond milk latte was also just okay. The pasta with meatballs reminded me of my childhood, but better. The meatballs are so full of flavor. Miazga's is great comfort food, perfect for a ski town. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely full, but it's a very small dining room with only about 10 tables. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated, and after seeing the great Yelp reviews, we were excited to eat there. There was only one larger party of eight; the rest of the tables were small groups, so nothing suggested the kitchen was overwhelmed. We were seated at 6:10 p.m., ordered drinks, and placed our dinner order shortly afterward. Then...nothing. We waited so long that we ordered a second round of drinks, assuming our food would be arriving any minute. After finishing those drinks, we finally asked about our order around 7:30 p.m.--more than an hour after ordering. The response from the other server was disappointing. Without any real apology or concern, we were simply told it would be another 10-15 minutes because they "had lots of to-go orders." If the kitchen was prioritizing takeout over guests who had been sitting in the dining room for well over an hour, that should have been communicated from the beginning. Then 10 minutes later, to make matters worse, the other server to whom we inquired --not even ours--brought peppermints to the table to "help with our hunger." Whether it was intended as humor or not, it came across as incredibly insensitive given we'd been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes. At that point, we asked for our bill for the drinks and decided to leave. Unsurprisingly, our food appeared almost immediately after we asked for the check. By then, the experience had completely ruined our appetite. Our actual server did apologize, and I appreciated that, but it was simply too late to salvage the evening. I've eaten at countless restaurants over the years, and I have never experienced anything quite like this. Long waits can happen, but a restaurant should communicate honestly, apologize sincerely, and make guests feel valued. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. We left disappointed and I feel the need to warn others. I felt bad for our actual server (who we tipped normally) because she couldn't help the delay in the kitchen or her coworker's behavior.
