Aaron came out to the house and provided multiple options for me, he was patient as he educated me about the various components and my options in terms of size, profiles, covered gutters vs no covers. I found him to be knowledgeable and communicated respectfully. He offers a 5 year warranty on his workmanship and as a single mom - this gave me piece of mind. He also had a price match guarantee. Aaron is a great communicator- he always let me know when he was on his way or his ETA which I appreciated. He is a very hard worker - staying until the job was complete - and then, because he finished after the sun was set and I couldn't really see the job - he came back a couple of days later to do a walk around with me and answered my follow up questions - he also taught me how to empty/check the downspout clean out boxes. I would recommend GutterHawk for your gutters/downspouts. I think Aaron is honest, hardworking, reasonably priced, and reliable who also does good work. They broke it off of the stake, and then just stuck it back into the ground and covered it with mulch as if it never happened. Then they used a leaf blower and spread my mulch all over the yard that I now have to spend time cleaning up and fixing. They also went through both of my gates and through the side of my place without permission and forced the gates open causing my fence post to break. I was told by our HOA that they also charged an extra 300 dollars to replace a part on one of the neighbors' roof that the Tennant was supposed to save but threw away. Wish I could charge them for breaking MY stuff!

We bought the house recently and I have no idea when was the last time they had gutter service. I showed him the areas where I saw issues and he made minor repairs within the estimate that he originally provided me. As an added bonus he blew off pine needles off my roof. I had very little on the roof but I appreciate that he took care of that as well. I plan to contact him in 12 months to get my gutters ready for the raining season. I carefully checked his Yelp reviews before I contacted him and he provided the excellent service that's highlighted on his Yelp page. I am glad to get this off my to-do list.

They did quality work, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. One thing that really impressed me: I originally reached out for a quote back in July 2023, but ended up canceling at that time. When I recently contacted them again for a new quote, I was shocked (in the best way) that the price was exactly the same. In a time when everything seems to cost more every year, that kind of honesty and consistency says a lot about a company. It's hard to find businesses like this these days. I highly recommend RainTech Gutters. Bonus points--they're car guys too, which is always a plus in my book!

From a business owner's perspective, I was particularly impressed by the company's professionalism and responsiveness. Calls and emails were returned promptly, quotes were delivered quickly and competitively, and every aspect of the project was handled with clear communication and efficiency. The level of organization and customer care they demonstrated is what any business should strive for -- and what others in the trade industry would do well to emulate. As a residential customer, I can confidently say the work itself was outstanding. The contractors arrived on time, were courteous and efficient, and completed the job with expert craftsmanship. They left the property spotless -- no debris, no signs they were even there, except for the beautifully installed gutters. It's rare to see that level of care and pride in work these days. What stood out most was the follow-through: I received a courtesy call from the office shortly after the work was done to confirm everything met my expectations, and the owner himself followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. That personal touch speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether you're a homeowner looking for quality gutter work or a business owner seeking a contractor that truly understands service, I highly recommend this company.
