The only reason I deducted the star is for the rewards system being unclear. I had my missing transactions caught up recently, but there are small placards on each table that advertises $10 off your next meal and $10 off on your birthday after you sign up for the rewards program; however, there are no clear instructions on how to redeem your rewards without having to explicitly ask the waiters/waitresses at the restaurant. I collected sufficient points to have $10 refunded for the second meal I had, but instead, I only collected points. I suppose I would be able to catch up at the future meal, but I live so far away, I would not be able to reap the benefits unless I decided to come out here to fort Bragg during my birthday. The likelihood is low since I live in the Bay Area.
