Had the New York Strip Steak Frites, which was cooked perfectly to the temp I wanted (medium-rare), described as "10oz grass-fed brandt steak, hand-cut french fries, peppercorn compound butter, green garlic chimichurri", and the dish delivered. The chimichurri, and other condiments are in small dishes as sides so you can choose them or not. I gave it a try bu the steak didn't need help although the chimichurri was good. Now, this is part of the reason why I wanted to check this place out. Fresh popcorn is my weakness. Bars that give free snacks with drinks are top tier in my book.
