Stopped by here on our way home and the food looked so good from the photos. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and brisket cheese steak sandwich. They were both so good! We got the potato salad, coleslaw, and baked beans as sides. The beans were very flavorful. The coleslaw was alright but it made more sense in the sandwich cuz it's not a saucy slaw. The potato salad was good too. The lady that took my order was super nice and the place was super cool! You get to walk in through swinging doors like the old West and people notice you as you walk in. It felt a little intimidating but it was a fun experience. Also there was a band playing Stevie Ray Vaughn and other songs and they sounded really good! Definitely stopping by here next time we're on our way to Denver! I have been to this restaurant three separate occasions now. The first was on the way back from Palisade for the peach festival. We had my pup with me, and they were more than accommodating to seat us outside with her. The food is amazing and has never disappointed. The specials are rotating, and there is an item on the menu that basically allows the chef to choose what to make for you. Don't skip out on the "snake oil" shot. It is handmade and tastes delicious. The inside of the restaurant is decorated with various animals and western themed decor. They have had live music and karaoke on two separate occasions that we have dined here. The staff have recognized us every time we come in, despite the visits being months apart. Definitely will be stopping here anytime we head out west! read more

This was a really nice stop on my trip from Grand Junction to Denver.. Was Lucky enough o stop here during Happy Hour even on a Sunday.. They gave me a choice of spicy margarita or regular which is unusual or hh...Of course I choice spicy which was very good.. Service was friendly and fast... I ordered the happy hour menu.. Pulled pork tack was delicious..Very crispy and taasty...I took the pulled pork slider to go which probably wasn't a good ides since the bun godd really soggy... Stumbled on this place passing through on a Sunday afternoon not expecting a whole lot BUT was blown away! This place is awesome! Food was great, I had the meat sampler and loved all the meat. Couldn't pick a favorite, all good! Service was great and I was able to sit outside with my dog. They have beautiful outside seating with views of the surrounding mountains. Very friendly people and easy on/off the interstate even for RVers. Plenty of parking and a cool little town. Oh...and they had some really great live music on that Sunday also. This place is absolutely astounding! I had the Stroganoff and it was the best I've ever had.....the kicker, it was prepared on a flat top! What a drag. Mac and cheese item a Microwave mistake. Was cold. But nachos had the worst chips I've ever had bet you they were nothing but from a 1.00 Thrift Store bag of chips. They put only the least amount of meat they could. The bill was outrageous, then the bar tender falsely added to the tip. They never handed me a check and just had me sign the computer screen. Just more proof that Debeq, Colorado is nothing but a town of Highway robbers. Will never go in here again will not bring any of my family members and will never recommend it. And then to top it all off they send me a dirty nasty message trying to cover their rear ends on how the food was serviced and how the tip was handled. Which absolutely none of it was true they never showed me the check and they just had me sign a computer screen. read more
