As I said, the space is small, but the owner has been able to acquire a great selection, if limited, of liquors, wines, beers (beer available by singles). I got the cowboy chili with cornbread. The chili was lukewarm if I am being generous- they could've just microwaved it like wtf how do you serve lukewarm/room temp chili if you have a microwave??? The cornbread was dry and crumbled into a million pieces. The service was the worst and least attentive I've had in maybe ten years probably my entire life. It was almost like we were in a comedy skit except it wasn't funny. I will never ever ever go back. Texas Roadhouse is way better which is just sad. I did notice an employee eating a big beautiful steak while she closed out her shift, I asked what cut and she said a ribeye. So I guess they cut the 1-1.5 inch thick cuts for employee steaks and customers get ribeyes a 1/4 inch thin cooked into shoe leather. Pro tip: go to Strayhorn. Rumor is cattleman's doesn't even use local beef anymore, they just cosplay ranch life so you get to eat a low quality steak with the comforting smell of cow poo.
