Spent my birthday dinner at The Radicle. Great vibe, awesome music. The cocktails were unique and refreshing. We had the famous onion dip from daisies. I thought it would come with crackers but it just came with fresh veggies. Pizzas were delicious, great garlic taste in the chewy crust. Overall solid meal. If you like raw bars, this would definitely be a spot for you. Several tables got fresh oysters.

Cool new restaurant in Logan square with an interesting variety on the menu. The cocktails were even more interesting - I tried a Baja one off the specials menu, and this was a super sweet blue tequila drink which was not what I expected. The next drink I got though was much better - the indecent locals was a refreshing mezcal drink. We tried a lot of the menu items, as they were mostly smaller portions. The oysters were fresh and delicious, the shrimp cocktail was also a lovely seafood bite. The smoked makerel was our favorite - so flavorful on a little toast. The mozzarella sticks were nothing special especially the apricot jam that came with it was too sweet. The chicken wings were good but also nothing to die for however it was nice that it came with the onion dip ranch which was tasty. The beets and market salad were both refreshing to have with the rest of the meal. The mussels were delicious especially with pizza to dip the crust in the broth. The clam pizza was good - you would never be able to tell there were clams on it. Overall, some dishes were much better than others, but the food was great. The drinks were interesting. Service was slower because it was so busy. Vibe is bright and lively.

The good attributes are the price & the soundtrack. The bad is it's cheap food & the final product is evocative of said statement. Drink was booze forward but not because the accompanying spirit was supposed to outshine the other components but because it was mixed like the person was an amateur. Wings definitely had a previously frozen aspect to them. Most patrons got pizza & maybe that's the best thing on the menu but I didn't indulge I won't be returning

A LOT of people are talking about and loving The Radicle, especially since it's affiliated with the deservedly beloved Daisies. We stopped in for a snack and drink on a Monday evening and it was pretty full (thankfully made reservations en route). Lots of creatively topped pizza on the menu (thin chewy crust variety, sauced and un-sauced) as well as fish small plates and a variety of oysters. Cocktail list is inventive and interesting and there are mocktails and low ABV options as well. Beer and wine as well. Both the cocktails we had were excellent (Lady of the Lake and Birdwatching in Milan). The sardine salad had a great blend of flavors but was a bit skimpy on actual fish. The fried sausage stuffed olives with aioli were delish but at $2 per, a bit steep. Friendly host and food runners; probably our server was having something going on as he didn't match that vibe but he gave us the info we needed to get started. Gratuity/service fee automatic and they emphasize this in multiple places. Table, high top and bar seating available. Good for small groups, pairs, solo diners. I wouldn't come for a full meal (not my style of pizza and oysters at $3-4 each is standard these days but too much for me) but for a snack and to check out more drinks, I'll definitely return.

Yet, the bartenders greet us with such a warm and friendly energy that I know with absolute certainly that I have been a regular at this bar for years. Decades. Centuries. I know within my soul that this was my go-to bar in a past life (and hopefully in the next). Just as welcoming as the awesome people are the $1 PBRs and $3 shots of tequila. And of course they hand out free hot dogs every night at midnight, which in my (intoxicated) mind was cemented as the definitive Chicago dog, even if it comes with no toppings whatsoever. And fittingly complementing the amazing energy of the bar is a 10 hour Youtube video of that memed Ukrainian kid dancing at a club playing endlessly on the TVs. Rocking sunglasses and looking like a stud, absolutely grooving without a single care in the world, and effortlessly matching every single song on the bar's playlist. That kid truly embodies the spirit of this bar. No matter what day it is, what time of day it is, or who visits, the bar's energy always works. Vibing to Black Eyed Peas on a Monday night never felt better. Imma be... back one day, rest assured. I genuinely can't wait for the next time I'm greeted with, "Welcome back."

This had me feeling like a kid on a milk carton because I've been missing out! The service was exquisite. We were greeted and wished a happy anniversary upon checking in. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us understand what we might like based on our preferences. This spot had more seating than I anticipated and there are tables that can accommodate large groups. The aesthetic was giving industrial whimsical bookstore. They also had the jams pumping but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. Now for the food: - Homemade ruffles and sour cream and onion dip: This was a must get in my opinion. - Simple green salad: I feel like I can trust that Daisies doesn't source their produce from Taylor Farms, so we felt safe ordering. Man oh man I didn't know how much I needed this in my life. The dressing and the cheese were unmatched. - Mushroom Tagliatelle: Thebomb.com. You can taste the freshness in the pasta and the ragu was so savory yet not too heavy. - Summer seasonal pasta with sweet corn, jalepenos and cheese. The pasta was stuffed and had a delectable cream sauce. It was simply perfection. -1/2 chicken: Simply put this may be the best damn chicken I've ever had in my life. To think we were almost going to skip a protein and get another pasta but this was so good. I don't think words can do it justice. We had to get dessert because we knew that their pastries get a lot of praise throughout the city and beyond. We ordered the sourdough waffle topped with peaches and pecans. They were all super unique and honestly so tasty. My favorite was definitely the beet pasta, which I never would've expected. We also came early for happy hour drinks, which was a nice bonus. Service was great, and I especially appreciated that they straight up tell you about the service charge and that it's the tip instead of trying to sneak it onto the bill at the end. I wish more restaurants did that. The restaurant itself is very cute too! Overall, I'd definitely come back.

You can also just skim through and find the drink that sounds the best to you if reading isn't your favorite (). My husband got the Cattails drink and I got the Water Lily. His was bursting with tropical juiciness and mine was complex with umami and floral flavors. We both loved our drinks and were sad we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back again in the future, and come with hungry tummies for some of the delicious sounding bar snacks! The space is intimate and warm. Great for intimate gatherings, not for big groups. Clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and collaborative. We loved it and look forward to our next visit!
