The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. She explained the benefits and drawbacks of the different styles in terms of how they would fit me, and I came away with five fabulous bras that gave me a new attitude and a whole new appreciation for my weird-shaped boobs. Not abnormal, but did not align with expectations. Always baffles me when people working in customer service and retail positions will ignore people trying to spend money in the store. If you're the kind of gal who can't quite gauge what looks good on here you can rest assured that this is the place for you. I'll be returning to relive the experience however I do not have to. I can pick out whatever I'd like, have them send me the garment in the proper size and return it if I don't like it. They'll just charge me if I decide to keep it. If you're doing a return from an online order, you need to be persistent on asking someone to help you if you were unfamiliar or you encounter a glitch because they don't want to be bothered. It was so bad, I couldn't even take my shoes off to try on the clothes. I'm sure the dressing rooms get dirty fast. There are literally thousands of people walking in and out every day. But it is an impossibility that those rooms have been cleaned in the past week, if at all this month. When I worked in retail, we swiffered every single day. This Zara location must have dozens and dozens of staff on hand... Management needs to get one of their staff to swiffer the dressing rooms each day.
