Wow, a pleasant surprise to find a modern bistro on the main street in Blue Ridge , Ga. Claim is that everything is made fresh and in house. ( except the ketchup) My friend enjoyed her crab eggs Benedict and my veggie Benedict with chimichurri was also very good. Calm and quiet vibes with table or bar seating. They did not mind substituting a small house salad instead of the breakfast potatoes either. Much appreciated! We came for breakfast today with high expectations. We left with meh results. Here is what was good. We sat at the bar and the two lady bartenders were great and very nice and attentive and made a pretty darn good bloody mary. We were the only ones sitting at the bar and it is large and nice. Management did come by and check on us to make sure everything was ok. So the service we experienced was really good. The meh part....my wife ordered a latte and we watched them put a coffee pouch into the espresso machine and that was a turnoff for me. I expect fresh ground espresso from a place like this and that is not what you are getting. I ordered the traditional eggs benedict which came with potatoes and my wife ordered the French toast with bacon and we had a side of grits. The eggs benedict were cold top to bottom. Eggs, ham, sauce, all cold...i took maybe two bites of one piece and stopped. They must have sat waiting on the potatoes because the potatoes were hot, and while bland the potatoes were all I ate from my plate. My wife's French toast was pretty good and that is what we both ate on, but her bacon was cold and obviously not cooked fresh. You can tell when bacon has been pulled from a pan of pre cooked bacon like the bacon at a breakfast buffet. Pop it in a microwave or something. I don't mind at all paying above average prices for breakfast but I do expect the food to scale to what I am paying for. I am surprise at the near 5 star rating because they were not busy and the food was pretty average at best. The burger was ok The chicken sandwich about the same Both just ok The French fries that came with our meal were skinny little tasteless MDonalds size fries....pathetic $95.00 lunch and far from worth it... Lastly, when it was time to pay the bill the server STOOD OVER me while I was calculating the tip on their hand held THAT IS A NO-NO and should NEVER HAPPEN-not cool.... Basically everything was amazing! The ambience, the food and the service! They have awesome gluten-free options. They make their own pastries in house with an organic sourdough recipe. My mom and I got gluten-free bread which was delicious. I had a Montecristo sandwich which was wonderful and she got gluten-free bread with her eggs Benedict. They use beef tallow instead of seed oils for frying. We ordered yummy seasoned potatoes and my husband got regular french fries that he said were absolutely fabulous. Very generous portions. They have a very long full bar and many signature drinks. Their coffee was fabulous. The table seating is along the wall with super comfortable padded benches and chairs. They also have some outside seating available. We will definitely be back! read more

This might be the best restaurant in blue ridge! We called ahead since we had a large party of 11. By the time we arrived we didn't have to wait too long. We had two toddlers in the group with us and they were given a fruit cup to keep them occupied when we sat down. I love that they used good ingredients. The French fries were amazing! I got the short ribs and ate every last bite. Our waitress was the best. Wish I would've gotten her name to give her a shout out. She was so sweet to our party and I think the manager or owner even stopped by a few times to check on us. If I'm ever back in blue ridge I would definitely visit again! read more

Ok, just wow! This might be my top eating spot in Blue Ridge. We had the braised short rib hash, the house made veggie burger and the veggie grits. The grits were the best I've ever had. The short rib hash was full of flavor and the veggie burger was a delicious blend of black beans, rice and spices. Service was prompt and food came out timely. Hands down the BEST place to eat in Blue Ridge! My wife and I decided on a quick overnighter to Blue Ridge to get away, got into town anout noon and gave Tne Pullman a try. So many fresh options to pick from. so we shared some plates to start. The beer salad blew my mind and the deviled eggs were amazing! Then came the pot stickers...still drooling thinking about them. On to the main dishes, my wife got the crab cake sandwich and I went with the Pullman burger. Both perfectly prepared and delicious. Went back the next morning for brunch, which we already decided on the day before. We shared the sourdough French toast with maple syrup bacon. My wife had the eggs Benedict while I went with the steak frites and we were again pleased with the flavors and presentation. I had some coffee and espresso while my wife opted to try a couple of their hand crafted cocktails. Everything was on point! Beyond the food, the staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is inviting and energetic and we will definitely return to The Pullman soon. This is a wonderful new addition to Blue ridge restaurants. It is unique and offers different dishes other than the numerous BBQ places in our area. They don't use seed oils and their bread comes from a local baker in Blue Ridge. Everything is made from scratch and it shows. They offer breakfast dishes s well as lunch items so it's good for brunch. I had the Eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes and it was delicious. Another person in my party of 8 had the breakfast sandwich and she loved hers too. And another in my party had the burger. She wasn't planning to eat all of it but she couldn't resist and had nothing to take home. That burger looked so good.....I'm planning to go back soon and have one myself! The French Toast is also great, with lots of berries on top. The portions are ample and the service is the best. The owner introduced herself and she was very gracious. I highly recommend The Pullman. It is my new favorite eatery in Blue Ridge. read more

The food was good but overpriced. I think it is designed to appeal to tourists. An $8 glass of fresh squeezed (didn't taste freshly squeezed) orange juice was very small, didn't look like a full cup. The eggs Benedict was served on thinly sliced toast, not English muffins. read more
