This business came to our apartment in August to clean windows. One of their vans was parked right next to our car and when they left, it was clear that the van damaged our rear bumper and tail light. I was not made aware of this incident until the next day, when my partner went outside. This was extremely unprofessional and unethical. For an entire month, we have called this business at least 6 times to speak with the owner for insurance purposes. The owner has NEVER called us despite the numerous attempts we've made to call, text, and send in pictures of the damage. An apology was never made, it was the least they can do. Our apartment manager has gotten in touch with the business, so the owner is fully aware of this incident. Yet, the owner has failed to make things right. This is a review from 1 year ago, I wasn't going to write a review but. These guys came out in 2018 and did a pretty decent job, but 2019 was a very bad experience. We had to call them back twice because the gentleman didn't do any cleanup when he was finished. He blew mud and leaves all over the neighbors brand new siding, our back door, hottub, garage door. All under the gutter lines. He came back the next day and hosed off the neighbors house but didn't clean much else. I spent several hours cleaning up. Cleaning out gutters with a backpack blower just isn't a good idea. read more

I would not hire this company again. Referred by my realtor, they were supposed to clean my windows, and a glass railing around my deck. 3 issues that came up: 1) I came home to a nice set of puddles in my entryway...not exactly sure how the technician pulled this off given how they describe their hand technique (the front doors are glass). But, interesting that, the front door started sticking after they did their work...I ran my fingers under the door and it was clearly quite wet and the wood had expanded (hence the sticking). And the front door mat (which is a large 4 x 8 mat) was quite wet under it as well. Almost like someone took a pressure washer (I hope on a low setting) and aimed it straight at the door to clean it. 2) the glass railing around my deck was not touched - and the back door which also was glass was not touched. 3) and then, one entire wall of outlets had been tripped. There are 2 outlets on my deck connected to a GFI circuit. If they use a hand technique to clean windows, I have no idea how they trip a GFI as they shouldn't even be near the plugs. Again, I question the technique used. 4) in calling them to discuss all of this, I chatted with the office manager, and then the lead of the cleaning crew...I really wanted to talk to the owner, as I don't consider any of this acceptable. They told me he'd call me (which he did) - I called him back 45 minutes after he left me a message, and left my own message inviting him to call me, and I never heard back from him. Between the issues that were left for me to deal with, the sloppy work, and the lack of follow through with a customer, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere. read more

The ProClean Team was great! They were very responsive and when I got scheduled, I received a confirmation email. There was a slight problem with the scheduling website and I was quoted a different price for the service I selected on the website, but after I called them, the issue was sorted out immediately. Also, they sent out a reminder email close to the scheduled date even though it wasn't necessary for me to be home for the cleaning to get done. The roof blow off and gutter cleaning was done very well and I was also very satisfied with the cleanup afterwards. I will definitely use this company again, and I would highly recommend them, not only for their reasonable rates, but for their customer service as well. read more

I hadn't realized that the company that set up my holiday lights last year, Santa's Sidekicks, is the Pro Clean Team the rest of the year. I'd bern really pleased with their work, prices & communication on the lights so when I learned about their other services, why not give them a try? They did not disappoint. Their tech Rene (also the person who took down my lights. Bonus points for staff continuity!) arrived right on time and was very friendly & professional. He spent about 3 hours (my estimate) and at the end I had a clean roof with moss preventative applied, empty gutters, a composite deck that looks like new and sparkling clean windows & skylights. (I regret I didn't take before & after photos.) Rene worked quickly & thoroughly. He explained the full scope of the work pre- & post- and gave me clear info about next steps (billing by email etc) Pro Clean's prices were very competitive (spell that b-e-t-t-e-r) with other companies I've used for similar services. Their communication process was easy & as clear as my freshly cleaned windows. I received a checklist of services, picked the ones I wanted and got a quote, all via email. I received regular text messages reminding me of the appointment and received the bill (with options to pay online or via check) within 48 hours. The work came in at the same price as the quote. A very satisfying home maintenance experience. I look forward to doing business with them again for fall gutter cleaning and, of course, for next winter's lights! read more

I've had the worst experience with this team 1. First thing first they had to clean the net on my windows. They didn't. They were claiming they cleaned it but when I just wiped it by white a clothes, white clothes became black. When I showed it to the guy was cleaning my window his response was oh I'm sorry. I could understand if it was just one window but all of windows had the same issue so it wasn't a mistake 2. Second issue. Completely disrespectful stuff. They broke my window while cleaning it. I was trying to work with them to let them fix it for more than six months and they kept creating new lies without being straightforward to me that they are not going to fix domestic issue. Short summary of the 6 months+ loop I was dealing with. They asked me to get the part number. I got it. The the representative disappeared. Then I called found out the representative left the company . Then they scheduled an appointment to come and see it they did not show up. Then I called again they show up to take photos and again disappeared. This was happening for six months back-and-forth lie after lie I have never had such a worst customer service in my life. And they were never honest with me to say we can't fix it which is the worst service ever honesty would have been appreciated much more by me. by the way it was a brand new window. 3. They were so responsible when cleaning my neighbors windows that they left the door open and her cat go to lost This list goes on and on because it was a package requested for the entire neighborhood and all of them had so many complaints. First time they showed up 25 minutes late, second time they showed up an hour and 40 minutes late the day of a party that they knew I was having. First time they came they made such a mess out of my windows they were worse than when they arrived. The outside of my windows were blanketed in water pox marks. The inside of my windows were just smeared foggy mess. I wanted them to send out somebody different they refused and said they wanted to make it a learning lesson for their employee and even though they knew I was uncomfortable they sent him out anyway so he could learn his lesson. He showed up an hour and 40 minutes late to the day of my party So I did not have time for him to do all of the windows again so he only did the outside of my entire house and my inside of my front room windows... yes it was a better job this time but it's still lousy. I've lived in my house for 35 years and had my windows washed too many times to count and honestly have never ever ever been disappointed with window washing. Having watched them install our neighbors Christmas lights, we emailed them for an estimate from their website and never heard back. I called days later to follow up w obtaining a bid and was told someone would call right back right away to set an appointment. Days went by w/o a call so I called again, spoke to "Breeann"(sp) and she found our original email request and stated the right person would call me immediately to set an appointment. She emailed me instead asking for me to take pictures of my home, email them back to review and asked me how much I had budgeted for this type of work. We sent her pictures asking what their fee structures were, was it by the install, linear foot, length of time the lights would be on our home and we never heard back from her or them again. Left dirt and debris everywhere and on upper windows. My wife had to stop them from leaving and get them to clean it off the upper windows. Did not do a very good job. Blew dirt and debris on neighbors property who complained. Missed a whole section of roof over my gas fireplace left dirt stains on my back patio which I just pressure washed. Blew dirt and debris all over my wife's plants. Spilled gas all over my driveway. Offered to come back 9 days later. After I told them I had to spend 2 hrs of my own time to clean up which was part of the agreement for them to do. All Renae said was sorry about that ! Really ! Communication is HORRIBLE! They do not respond to emails or vmails. Started emailing early November to schedule appt. Took 3 weeks to get an initial response. Was told they would be out to clean gutters and treat roof on 12/7. Received a call 5 days later saying it was too icy and they would reschedule for 12/14. Do not use their services! I contacted them about cleaning my gutters, they gave me a quote (good price) and we scheduled the cleaning 2 weeks out (earliest day they could do it). The scheduled day came around and no one came out to service my gutters, no one called to inform me they couldn't come out, I tried reaching out but no one answer until 2 days later, I spoke to them about my house not getting serviced and the person I spoke to had no idea no one had come out, he apologized and said that I should have at least received a call, he scheduled me for the following week. The following week some one came out (saw it on my security system) he was there less than 5 minutes and left(no note, no phone call again). I called them the same day and again I couldn't get a hold of them for 2 days, once I was able to speak to someone (Steve), he let me know that the guy who was going to service the house didn't do the job because my house was too tall and he didn't have a ladder that tall and that he was suppose to called me, Steve apologized again set up another appointment for the following week, this time the owner was going to do the job with his taller ladder, I agreed because I was trying to be understandable and I wanted to give them a chance. That day came around and no one came to my house and again no phone call to notify me (At this point it has been a month and no job has been completed), I was pretty angry at this point so I called them several times and it took another 2 days for someone to answer, I was calling from different phones because I thought they were ignoring my number but that wasn't the case, looks like they are just not that great at answering phone calls. When I was able to get a hold of someone (Steve again) I told him I was pretty frustrated that no one came out again and no one had called me, he told me he would look into it because he was sure somebody had come out, he seemed pretty genuine about that so I started to doubt myself. I looked at my security system for that day and no one ever showed up, I have two cameras one at front and one on the side of the house so there is no way both my cameras missed the guy servicing my house, my system picks up everything from my house to the Main Street which is pretty far away (very annoying sometimes). About 30 minutes after talking to Steve someone called me to let me know he came out to service my home and that the job had been completed, I thought that was strange again because my system didn't pick him up coming or leaving and that's highly unlikely, I asked him for the photos I had requested with the job (I would get them as part of the contract) he said he forgot his camera that day and didn't take any, he sounded very nervous when he said it, he said he was not going to be able to come out again and take the pictures because he was off for a few days but the job had a 3 month warranty. I knew he was not being honest in our conversation so the next day I flew my drone and just like I suspected it the house was never serviced and had gotten worse since I contacted them a month and half ago. I called them right away and you guessed it NO ANSWER and to make it worse I received an email with the invoice of the job so that I could pay for the job. I was so angry because at this point they are now scamming me, I kept calling, I left a voicemail and they never got back to me, I was able to get a hold of Steve almost 2 weeks later and I told him about how I was lied to regarding my home being serviced and the lack of response from them, he told me he would contact the owner to get this resolved. Steve called me 3 hours later to tell me that the guy had serviced my neighbors house by mistake instead of mine but I knew he was trying to sell me that story because my system would have picked it up if they did plus my neighbor stays home so he would have noticed. Steve told he would schedule the owner to come out again next week, I told him I didn't want their service anymore, it would have been almost 2 months at that point and I do not feel comfortable working with them after they were trying to scam me and make me pay for something that didn't get done when they knew it was not done, pretty shady business! If I didn't fly my drone I would be thinking my gutters were clean and that would not be good as my gutter really need to be serviced. FYI. I asked my neighbors and their gutters were not serviced! Had my had my roof and gutters cleaned by this team. I wasn't going to post a bad review because I thought they tried to correct a sub-par job. After one first visit my roof looked like it was untouched. The second visit a little work was done. The third visit yes more effort was done on the roof. Still not as good as others I've hired in the past. I got tired and figured good enough for this year I'll use someone different next. As I said I was not going to leave a bad review but sitting here watching the rain outside. I am graced with watching my gutters overflow. I can not say my gutters were not cleaned because I'm not able to inspected them. The roof was very visible it wasn't touched. I can pretty much guess my down spouts are clogged with debris.
