It's around the corner from home and it is a-ok for what it is, a neighborhood bar. They're not looking to impress with their decor, but it always appears clean and the bar staff is friendly. We've eaten here several times and food has been great. Fries are always fresh cut and fingers/wings taste great. They offer wings at .55 each on Monday nights. Patio is also dog friendly!

I think this might be one of my favorite restaurants for taking a family in the Buffalo area! They…read morehave a menu filled with variety (but not overwhelming), plenty of different dining areas, and I especially love sitting outside in the summertime. The service was superb. Christina was one of the kindest, most genuine waitresses I've had in a long time. Their kids' menu prices have to be the same as they were at least five years ago, just $5, including a drink and a side. You really can't beat that! I was torn between their corned beef and chicken fingers, so I secured that I could get a finger from a shared meal and then ordered the Mother Superior. I substituted grilled sourdough since I'm not a fan of Kimmelweck seeds. This sandwich was loaded with tender corned beef and absolutely delicious with the melty Swiss, creamy Russian dressing, and lightly cooked red onions. We also ordered Combo #2 to share, which has several Buffalo favorites: chicken fingers, wings, beef on weck, and waffle fries. It was a LOT of food for a very reasonable price. My boys said the wings were amazing and perfectly crispy. There were plenty of waffle fries to share, and the chicken tenders were nice and crispy too. The kids loved their meals: mozzarella sticks, boneless wings, and chicken tenders. The fries were just okay, but when you have a vessels of blue cheese and a salt grinder on the table, you know they're going to be just fine. And then there's dessert... Very smart marketing to have a display of their homemade desserts right on the table! Our waitress mentioned that everything is made by their pastry chef, so of course we had to order a couple. We went with the pistachio cheesecake and peanut butter pie. The peanut butter pie was so smooth and creamy, and the kids loved the cookie crust and puddle of chocolate sauce. One of them actually said it was too much peanut butter. I had no idea there was such a thing! The pistachio cheesecake had a cake bottom with a thick, rich layer of cheesecake on top. We really liked the addition of lemon, it added a nice freshness to balance everything out. I absolutely love this spot and highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food, a great atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Oh, and there's a popcorn machine in the bar area, which the kids made approximately 17 trips to.

Only available from 4-10 PM for some reason. I had the fish fry. Fish was perfect, fries were meh. Tartar sauce came in thimble size plastic cup and was half full. Server brought more but seriously? Wife had Rueben Quesadilla and enjoyed it. Soup was the highlight for sure!

We were driving through on a long trip & found this place researching on Yelp. Its ratings were…read morehigh and we were hungry for a good nice meal. We thought because we would be arriving at an early 5:30 pm that we would be seated fairly quick. Upon arriving the majority of the restaurant seating was empty, but we were informed that the bar open seating and our only option. Since there was no one else waiting, we decided to wait for two seats at the bar. As we waited, several other people came & also were waiting for one of the few seats. We waited approximately an hour for seats. Apparently the bar patrons like to go through every course on the menu & several drinks. So I'm thinking this place must be awesome to have to wait so long for a bar seat & the whole rest of the place having been reserved. However, we were not impressed, it was just okay. The bar staff does work really hard & has some very crafty drinks on the menu. My husband had the flatbread pizza & it was nothing special. I had the crispy ribs & they were barely okay. They lacked flavor & the polenta was like eating dry paper. It was hard to tell what on the ribs was crispy & possibly parts of the rib bones. The only thing that gave some redemption to the dinner was the key lime brûlée. The bill we got had a cab charge that we did not order and a $1.00 mystery charge. So this did not turn out to be the best meal of the trip like I was hoping.
