28 years after buying out first wood burning stove we Came back and bought another Lopi stove. I we already knew what we wanted so I called and ordered the stove over the phone. Paid for the stove and then picked it up a few weeks later. The stove went in easy it looks great in the same spot that are older stove sad. Ron arrived on time, and did a thorough cleanout of my wood stove and chimney from top to bottom. He reseated the soapstone slabs on top of the stove, replaced the glass window gasket, and left not a speck of ash when he was finished. My husband and I bought a new house in 2014 and every winter we lamented not having a fireplace insert. Their displays are very compelling and they had all of the information and materials to help us decide. It's amazing how functional and beautiful these inserts are! Warm and friendly service at this shop! My wife and were impressed with the service at this shop. We had questions about our fireplace blower and replacing the cracked glass in one of our fireplace doors. They were able to explain how our fireplace unit works and how we can improve the heat output/performance of our unit. I also scheduled a sweep. The two gents that came out to sweep our chimney were prompt and very professional. They did a great job and were very neat. This is our first time having a sweep and I was expecting some mess but they left everything spotless. They also took the measurements for our replacement glass. Thank you for the great service! I try to keep my business in Ramona as much as possible but I'll be going elsewhere for pellets and stove needs from now on. I've been coming in for several years, mostly for pellets, and every single time the customer service is terrible. No greeting when you walk in most times, I have to ask for what I need and this last time I was scoffed at for buying only one bag of pellets. Really? I'm spending my money at your store by choice and you're chastising me for my purchase? There is always an air that I'm interrupting their chit-chat or somehow inconveniencing them. I've used them for service calls twice, which was a good experience but the store employees have done me in. If you're in a customer service business it would be ideal if you provided good customer service, regardless of how much a customer may be spending. I called to have my chimney cleaned and they worked around my schedule. When they showed up to clean my chimney they were on time, respectful, and professional. Our pellet stove stopped working in January while the temperature was at its lowest of the year. It was such a pleasure to get a quick response from Pott Belly Stove sending Travis to our rescue on a Saturday afternoon. Travis did a meticulous job cleaned the stove inside out and up the chimney.... He was very pleasant and professional even explained the whole cleaning process in detail for us.
