The building is just a horrible design on the inside. My coffee drink had coffee spilled all over the outside of it, and it was not wiped off and their paper towel holder was empty. The owner is a very rude guy and will put down others to put himself at an advantage to try to take their business for himself. He trashes people who are not in the room to try to make himself look better. Just didn't sound like a good way to build up your business. I only came in here for the free coupon I had to test out the business He's trying to run too many other businesses types at once. I would never go to a part-time doctor so I don't think I would go to a part-time coffee dealer. I also found out they didn't stir up the coffee so all the syrup was at the bottom so I had to throw about half the coffee away and couldn't drink it. If they want to charge nearly 7 dollars for this, they just need to do better.

My daughter and I went through to get a coffee, all of a sudden we hear a loud pop, my car relays that I have a flat tire at 0% air. I move the car 2-3 feet to the 2nd lane. A worker comes out asks if we are okay due to the noise they heard of the tire popping in their drive thru lane. She was super nice and APOLOGETIC. She brought my daughter a free coffee, she felt so bad, saying they knew the pothole had to be fixed. I had to have the car towed to discount tire across the street as it was not drivable without damaging the rim. Went through an entire process with Dutch bros insurance and they told me they couldn't help me because they couldn't prove the tire wasn't flat in their hula hoop sized pot hole in their drive up ordering lane, despite the works coming out because they heard it. The insurance woman said it could have happened on the main Street (Coulter) and I could have ran over a nail and I drove in like that. Then how did the workers "hear" the tire pop. I don't know how it happened, I wasn't going fast, I just didn't expect a huge pothole there and drove in it and pop. Did they take responsibility? No. Do they now have cones around it? Yes. So $149.10 down the drain because Dutch Bros. Doesn't want to take responsibility for not maintaining a safe drive thru lane. Unfortunately I will not return as a customer, not because I don't enjoy their drinks but because they refuse to admit that it happened on their property and instead blamed me and tried to say it happened elsewhere. Yes because when your tire is completely flat any normal person would risk damaging their rim on a completely flat tire to still go and order a coffee. Shame on Dutch bros.

We love going to Dutch bros and the drinks are always good. They have two lines at the drive thru and it says to pick the shortest line. The only problem is the customers that don't see that and end up just making one long line in the tiny parking lot instead of using the second lane. That's not Dutch Bros fault, I just wish other customers understood the second lane.

My wife and I ordered drip coffees with half-and-half, I'm still not sure what we actually received, as not only did my coffee taste like it had some sort of Irish cream-flavored something in it, but the whole front of the coffee cup looked like it had been dropped in coffee or coffee had spilled on it, and to be blunt, it just wasn't good. On top of that, it took almost 20 minutes to get our coffee, not simply because of a long line, but because the place seemed understaffed and incredibly busy and harried.
