UPDATE I have decided not to respond to the last comment until we fully identify the issue and get it resolved. After my post on Sunday morning, I received a call an hour later offering assistance. A technician arrived three days later and found that the problem with the hot tub was the terminal block--it wasn't properly plugged in, which prevented it from carrying the electrical load. To clarify, my post was never intended to badmouth anyone or the hot tub, which I love. The issue was the lack of customer service, as well as the fact that I was blamed as the client for not knowing how to use the hot tub--despite having owned two before. Thank you again for sending a technician and identifying the problem right away. I only wish I hadn't had to go through this process and post online, but as I said, I truly love the hot tub. read more

I'm so mad my husband once again tried this place again. We like to give people the benefit of the doubt but you never win with them. I paid for solar wall lights for my above ground pool and it's been over a month and I still haven't received them. they think people are stupid or who knows what but they ended up given me lights for steps. Which my steps are crappy steps that I got from them and are not compatible with the step lights they gave me. What's get me mad is you pay so much money to get what you want and still didn't get any wall solar lights which is what we wanted. It's like if I'm asking for them to give it to me for free. I payed and arm and a leg for this pool and accessories. BEWARE! Go some where else if you want better service. They promise the world but you get crap. read more

I purchased a spa and grill island for $14,500.00 and had issues with both since day one (in 2016) and the issues are still there. They are incompetent and aggressive, unprofessional and rude. I purchased a spa from them a few years back. The spa now needs service. It's probably out of warranty and that's ok, no prob. I call to schedule an appointment and they promise a call back... they never do. I call them again, and they promise a call back again.... they never do. I call again and finally schedule an appointment and then they never show up for the actual appointment and they don't even bother to call to reschedule or anything. This is an extraordinarily poorly run business and I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere. read more

The absolute worst service of any company I have ever worked with. We have had several warranty issues with the spa. When we purchased the spa we were told it came with a 5 year warranty, with the first year having no service call fee. All this sounded great, however no one comes to fix anything. I have given up contacting them and am now call manufacturer. I would strongly recommend buying your spa from a more reputable dealer. This company is a disgrace and should be closed down read more

I have never experienced a level of poor customer service as I did here. Paid almost 5,000 for my unit and while still within warranty, the unit stopped working. It's been 4 months of lies, missed appointments, broken promises and I'm still left with a unit that has warranty yet haven't been able to enjoy it for 4 MONTHS! I've been in contact with the owner, store employees , technicians and even the factory direct. I've been bounced around for 4 months. Never have I felt so taken advantage of. This unfortunately is the downside to mom and pop or independent retailers. They take your money and you have to pray that you don't have any issues. I have no choice but to deal with this myself. Edwin came by to give me a quote to fix a botched job by Discount Spa/Gary Sanders, Aspen spas. He had an excuse every week to put off doing the job. He was in the hospital. He cut his finger. He travelled. He was sick. His phone went out. His internet was out. He had the wrong email. He actually threatened us. In my opinion, he is a con, a liar and probably doesn't know what he's doing. don't use this guy or Aspen Spas, St. Louis, MO. or Gary Sanders, Discount Spa Coconut Creek, Fl. if you look at public records in Miami dade county, you will see numerous evictions notices for Edwin Quinteros/Pool Spa Billiard. I wouldn't do business with someone who can't pay their rent....i'd be afraid of my deposit disappearing with them if evicted.... read more

I have rarely encountered a store that is so unhelpful and, in my view, incompetent. I should add that the expensive spa and related equipment they sold me was clearly defective and they made little effort to remedy this situation, I don't recall ever being as disappointed in a store. I called this business from which my girlfriend had purchased a hot tub about five years ago. I'd found the maintenance brochure online and was trying to troubleshoot an issue with the heater on my own and with no success. Edwin talked me through what he thought was the issue, and was spot on with his diagnosis. The issue was resolved easily; turned out to simply need new filters. I've dealt with many pool/spa companies over the years and have had my share of doozies. Though I am a bit knowledgeable, Edwin could have easily insisted on a service call and charged me. He did not. I visited the showroom to purchase the filters, and was quite impressed with their operation. I highly recommend this company and will use them whenever I can.
