I hate posting negative reviews however this post is to warn others of the service we just recently received. I go to yelp to network every service I do. I've been happy so far up to recently running into this company. I contacted Ryan for a pool slide install after many weeks of waiting til I received my slide from pool unlimited Ryan sent his buddy to come install it. These pool slides are not cheap I tell ya... after spending $4,000 for the slide itself & $700 quoted for installment this is the service we received. Please see photo of the horrible response of a simple question we asked. I'm so disappointed of how we got treated. I don't like to throw the race card out but I feel like he was talking down to us from the beginning of service. I should have went with my instinct.. lesson learned 8/7/2018 - Just received an email that my screen shot text message photo was taken down because of Privacy Matters. Hmmm, I guess they didn't want you guys to see how they treat their customers. read more

The pool geeks get my highest rating. I was getting a new pool filter and heater. Ryan went above and beyond the normal install. We discussed how it was hard to clean the filter and he took two trips to Home Depot to install an easy release valve for easy filter maintenance. The flow sensor failed on my salt system n some plumbin leak. My regular pool guy keeps rescheduling on me. Got fed up and found these guys on Yelp. Spoke with Ryan, and was able to get estimate for the repair over the phone. The initial estimate was very reasonable compared with others and luckily he was able to do the repair the same day. He also texted prior on arrival (this is very minor n should b the norm, but trust me most pool guy don't do that, they just don't respect your time). As expected, the repair went smoothly. He seems very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He spent time answering all my other pool related questions and provided a lot of valuable info. To my surprise, Ryan actually bill me much less than the original estimate. It's rare to not get ripoff by your pool guy, but getting an unexpected discount is unheard of. I really appreciated the honesty n integrity that Ryan shows, and will definitely call him for future services. As a homeowner with a pool, We need more pool professional like Ryan on our side.
