The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. They have your normal selection of proteins and a ton of toppings and sauces, they even have flaming hot Cheetos which was a fun addition. Everything seemed fresh, and the bowl was delicious.

Yummm i ordered the metabolic bowl served in a medium bowl. Eating without much guilt since it has half brown rice half zoodles (fresh zucchini noodles), ahi tuna, salmon, and house sauce! I was craving for it and glad I chose this place. The place is very cozy with nice design inside. Service is good. Lots of parking.

I love me some raw fish! We ordered curbside quite a few times during Covid which was much appreciated and super convenient. You can order online so there's no wait. Curbside is still offered but my husband and I ventured inside for the 1st time. We were the only people in there when we went so it obviously was very quick to go through the line and order our customized bowls. We both got the build your own 3 protein bowls which are about $15. It was enough food to last us for 2 meals. We've tried almost every ingredient they offer. Always fresh and never disappointed. The inside is super clean and almost a little empty. I feel like if I shouted, it would echo. There is an outside covered area to eat with tables and flowers. It overlooks the parking lot of the plaza so not much of a view but a nice option. The only tiny tiny complaint I have is that the employee that prepared our bowls and checked us out seemed like she hated her job. No pleasantries exchanged, kind of a monotone voice, didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. I'm not expecting to make a best friend or anything but a little effort can go a long way. We'll certainly keep going back and recommend to others!

Delicious, healthy bowl! You can pick and choose ingredients. Vegan, vegetarian and meat eater friendly. Can choose sauces, veggies to be included and toppings. A great meal for everyone because you can specialize them! We ordered takeout! I have all Avocado and my mother enjoys avocado and tofu! Yum! We ordered takeout! It was here in 40 minutes and comes with a fork To Dig right in!

Quarantine lunch we decided to try the Poke Bar. While I'm not a real fan of Poke there are other choices for non-poke diners. I ordered a small salad, but it was by no means small. It was more than enough for a satisfying lunch. Greens, cukes, juicy chicken and a lovely vinegrette. It's a place I will return to since there are so many choices. They currently have outside seating available but no dining room set up. Was a great choice for lunch.

I enjoy pokey and eat it a lot as I travel frequently. Most places are about the same. Decent quality fresh fish. This one not so much. Every place I've been to takes the protein, in this case, the salmon, put it in a separate bowl and mixes the sauce around it so it's not stuck together in a clump when you go to eat it. They don't do that here. They also don't clean their lettuce. It was gritty and not in great shape. They also don't give you much in terms of extras, one of the smaller servings of edamame, or the free extras I've seen. They also don't have many of them, I get mango, almost everywhere, and they don't have it here. they fill the bowl with a lot of the dirty greedy lettuce perhaps to make you think you're getting more. So I don't need to go to this one again. And if you haven't, you don't need to go to it either.

A total score for the Loudonville area. In an area littered by Italian American restaurants, fast food, and chain restaurants, little places like this are popping up and creating much needed cuisine diversity. I was excited to check this place out while running errands in my area. It's in an easy location with plenty of parking. I came around noon on a Saturday and shocked to be the only customer. The place is open, modern, clean and welcoming. I was greeted by a super bubbly girl behind the counter, she was great! I have never done a Poké Bowl before, but I looked at the menu prior and decided to build my own bowl. I chose a large bowl which came with 3 scoops of protein and I found it to be a perfect amount of food (skipped breakfast). The girl behind the counter was so knowledgeable and patient, since she knew I was doing this for the first time. She described ever single ingredient and made it easy for me! I chose a base of brown rice and mixed greens, and a one scoop of each raw fish (tuna, salmon, spicy tuna). I chose more toppings and sides than I can really rattle off but it was all super delicious. They layer in sauces and seasonings through the whole bowl. It was SO GOOD. I also grabbed the wasabi, ginger, and a few soy sauces. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. I loved it. It was $16 for the large bowl, which was pricy for lunch but I was ok with it. I will definitely be back for another!

We were in NC and loved the Poke bowl place that we went to. Since we had to be in Albany I searched the best rated place and glad I did. The choices were great and the fish was super fresh.

My husband has been raving about this place and today I finally joined him for dinner here. It was a perfect day to sit outside, they have a lovely outdoor seating area and since we also had our furbaby a good option for us. The staff here is super friendly and our bowls were delicious. We both went with the make your option. I chose the two proteins and hubby went with the three proteins. Fairly easy to follow assembly line and by the time you get all the free toppings it's a very filling meal. The fresh seafood and all the topping mixed with the warm rice made this girl very happy.

Delicious and perfect for a sweltering hot day! Ordered for delivery and it was timely and fresh. Dumplings were still warm and the bowl was served cold so it traveled perfectly! You get so much for your money and they have a ton of options. Definitely check it out! Great for lunch or healthy, but still filling dinner!

Sunday is my eat out day, and I picked up my aunt, drove to troy. Found d some street parking, went to the order kiosk and placed my order based on what I could eat and recommendations from the employee at the register. I chose, lunch combo with chicken and chicken teriyaki plate. May be, just the chicken was overcooked and a little fibery, besides that, it was very flavorful. I do have a couple more options to try, with me enjoying the food, definitely makes it an option for a revisit. If you live pork and beef, you definitely have more options. Spam Musubi - The spam had a nice savory flavor slightly salty went well with the rice. The seaweed had a slight fishy taste that was pleasant with the dish. Bulgogi Kimchi Burrito with beef (2 Burritos) We might eat this there next time it was falling apart in the container the wax paper was sticking to it. The flavor was really good though. Slight amount of spice nice vegetable crunch tasty marinated beef. Side of french fries were kind of tasty nothing special. Nashville Hot Chicken Sando Combo came with two sandwiches we asked for 1 mild and one regular. The first chicken sandwich was a little dry it might've been the mild flavor, it was all right. The medium chicken sandwich had a little bit more spice than the mild same so so flavor a little dry also. Spicy Pork Bowl with SPICY MAYO. This had a nice flavor, a little bit sweet and a good amount of spice. The sauce was sweeter than I like. We wanted to try a nice variety since we had never been there and have been wanting to try the place for a while. All in all we found the food to be pretty good, not sure if we would order any of these items again though since we felt nothing knocked our socks off. We would like to try the poke bowl next. If you are ordering for pick up be careful about where you order it. Make sure you go to bespoke bowl's website. Important sidenote when ordering takeout here: We ended up going through what we thought was their website and it was some third-party site that was selling this restaurants food and we ended up paying between 12 and $15 more for our order. I showed it to the staff when I picked it up because I had looked at their menu in the store and saw the price difference. The staff seemed confused/surprised.
