Seems like it was just dried seafood bits that were added to give the stew flavor. The Mandoo dumplings were fried and they came with a dumpling sauce. They were pretty good and we enjoyed those.

I do like spicy food so I might try that next time. Ordered the Chicken karage and it was delicious too. Very nice and juicy chicken wings with your choice of sauce. We chose the BBQ garlic and it was ok. Not much flavor to it so I don't recommend that sauce. Service was very friendly!
