From the outside going in we were not expecting much but the need to feed motivated us in, as did a few of the positive reviews already left. Overall a very positive experience. It's very cozy inside, if it's crowded expect noise and not a lot of room. It was practically empty the day we went so the noise thing is an assumption based on an observation. Waitress was very nice and pleasant, everyone was accommodated easily and everyone was very pleased with their order with plenty left over to bring home. Kitchen staff were quick and amazing. Very happy overall, will definitely be back!

I've wanted to order from here for quite awhile and I finally had the chance to. Listennnnnn, I am picky about my breakfast and especially when I get it to go. This did nooooottt disappoint!!!! 10/10!!! The hash browns were perfectly cooked and the wrap was literally amazing. I will be back to try something else, well maybe, this is so good I might just order this every time lol! The inside was a cute and cozy little place and the ladies in front were friendly. Easy pick up and ready in a decent time frame. Check them out if you haven't yet!!

    For 7.25? I wouldn't have ordered it.

Ordered online through Uber eats. I got the ham on white bread add Swiss cheese for an extra charge. I got it but it had no cheese and it was half a sandwich for 7.25. If I had know that I wouldn't have gotten it, i would have just stuck to the spaghetti dinner. I called and told the lady who answered they should update their menu because had i know that i wouldnt have ordered it and was told it wasn't her problem in a very rude manner. I used to love this place but this is the second time I have had a problem. The first time they went above ans beyond to deliver what was wrong so I gave it a second chance but to be spoken to the way this woman did was uncalled for.

Just remember this is a cash establishment! But ATM here is $2! We had to use it oops. Well someone told us of this place for breakfast from the theatre. So here we are! Didn't realize it was Mexican American. But pleasantly surprised. We picked a table by the window and had the most delightful waitress Cassy! Well I decided to try the Mexican fiesta Breakfast Burrito with homefries. Wow the grilled onions made that burrito. It had chicken, grilled onions, scrambled eggs, cheese. Then she brought out 2 salsas. Green and red. I liked both but hung with the red in every bite. It was soooo tasty. But I just could t eat it all. Prob left 4 bites and some potatoes... brrrp! Coffee is good and always full too! Bf had Taco salad with ground beef. It was full of beef and no beans. They fresh fried the taco shell per order. No 1000 but he did have ranch. The jalepenõ's were nice n crunchy and pickled. He gave me one for my burrito! Hehe.

Everything that's great about America, you can find here. An old neighborhood joint, now under management by first generation immigrants. Old timers at home with new comers. A tasty (if modified to American tastes) international cuisine on top of standard diner favorites. A hard-working family who proudly display photos of their kids currently in the service. A pleasing low-key melange of personal touches showing pride. A clean floor. (I cannot overemphasize the latter in comparing this to other diners.) The food wasn't completely transportive -- just solid. We were a little surprised by some of the modifications (Huevos Rancheros where all the constituent ingredients are carefully tucked to the side? No salsa picante available, not even a bottle of Cholula?) so as a "Mexican" restaurant it falls into the not-really-quite the way we remember it from home in California and fairly far from Mexican-Mexican fare. But if you take as the point of comparison the usual Greek diner fare, it's an excellent change of pace at reasonable diner-level prices. Warmly recommended for your comfort meal needs.

I ordered the enchiladas. I was literally the worst I've ever had. It was chicken in a cold folded in half tort with a tablespoon of sauce over it with congealed cheese over it. It tasted disgusting. They'll also didn't send the sour cream or guacamole that it's supposed to come with which would have at least possibly masked the horrible flavor of the food.

You can order 47 enchiladas, a taco tower, and a whole mariachi band -- it still shows up in like... 2 minutes flat. I blinked and my plate hit the table like ¡pa-pow! We rolled in deep -- hungry, dramatic, and skeptical -- but Casa Real doesn't miss. Food's legit tradicional, not that frozen microwave vibe. Think real-deal molé, juicy al pastor, and rice that didn't come from a box with a cartoon sombrero on it. Drinks? También fuego. Next-level amable. They treat you like familia, but like the good kind of family -- not the one that steals your lawn chairs. Our server remembered our drinks before we sat down. My double beef enchiladas fell apart easily and the beef did did not offer any particular flavor. The yellow rice was very fluffy and not gummy like some places. They offer a pretty good deal on margarita pitchers too. The large raspberry on the rocks runs 30$. My friends liked their entrees, chimichanga with rice and salad and also a flautas combination. In this case, the cuisine offered at Los Chamos is Venezuelan. Upon entering the establishment, I noticed a music/karaoke machine in the front corner. Tables were interspersed in the main area which surrounded a bar and ordering station. A preteen sat at one of the tables, playing on her phone. A young man worked the ordering station. Early on a Saturday afternoon, noticing a fridge with beers displayed, I ordered a Modelo and looked through the menu. I ordered a Chile Colorado and empanadas con pollo to go. Two things right off the bat - 1. First taste - It was good food. It was satisfying in a way that spoke of generational recipes rather than or despite culinary training. It is soul satisfying stuff. 2. If you can finish this meal in one sitting, good on you! Generous portions and the heartiness of the meal add to the "warmth" of the experience. A couple of details - the mayonnaise-based sauce for the empanadas was something I'd never tried before - lots of garlic, cilantro, a bit of water to loosen it, maybe some vinegar for acid...I liked it. The braised black beans had a little chili heat to liven it up. I'll definitely go back. I may not be fluent in Spanish or be knowledgeable about Venezuela but I find the food to be inviting and soulful.

You may…read morefind yourself meandering by on the State Street sidewalk, with tumbleweed of cigarette butts and trash blowing across your unsheathed feet, and pass by Los Chamos. It is indeed worth going inside for a delicious meal. Los Chamos' menu has a good selection that includes many traditional Venezuelan dishes: pabellón, arepas, cachapas, tequeños, empanadas. There is also an extremely disconcerting section of the menu devoted to seemingly-Mexican dishes. Perhaps that is to attract customers in an area with a smaller Venezuelan population and a small population of people who are familiar with Venezuelan cuisine. I don't know. But I also don't care. I was, of course, able to sample the pabellón criollo and the tequeños. Astoundingly, tequeños can be a good indicator of quality in Venezuelan restaurants in the US, and these ones pass the test. They also have moñongos, an item from Zulia (and it shows) that is effectively a thick tequeño with ham and plantain and meat as well. Healthy? Tasty. The venue has a decent amount of seating and the staff are friendly. They also sell a small selection of Venezuelan products, such as ovomaltina and Savoy chocolates. If you live in the area and have never tried Venezuelan food, now is your opportunity to do so. It's not spicy either, for those of you with weak stomachs. Overall, I would highly recommend Los Chamos. Hopefully their business succeeds.

I had a Revuelta (queso, chicharron, beans) and a queso loroco (flower bud of a vine which grows in Central America). The tastiest portion for me were the almost burnt caramelized cheese bits on the outside of the pupusa. Honestly, the loroco was more of a textural component rather than a taste. It seemed mild. I'm sure they were canned. I don't think loroco grows around this area. The pupusas were served with a cabbage slaw (curtido) and a light tomato salsa. Pernil - a marinated pork shoulder, slow roasted until tender then usually blasted with high heat to render crispy skin (cuero). Slow roasted tender pork - yes. Rendered crispy skin - no. The generous portions of yellow rice and refried black beans rounded out the meal. One thing I noticed, the refried beans had a very slight sour note, vinegar or age, I don't know. I still ate them. No ill effects. Conclusion: I'd go again.

There are other Mexican restaurants closer to Albany with some great vegan options and I would even say they are owned by the same parent company. Typically the reason we go to La Fiesta in Clifton Park is because we are meeting someone who isn't vegan and we're finding a place we can all find something on the menu. La Fiesta boasts several vegan options on the menu, they even have vegan cheese and seitan (meat substitute). Many places will just give you a bean and vegetable option and omit the cheese and sour cream but charge you the same price and call it vegan. The service is great, the waiter was very attentive. The one thing that caught me off guard was when I asked for hot sauce, he asked me bottled or house-made? I thought, house-made sounds like something I need to try and ordered it. He could have warned us it would be $2 extra, I still would have said yes but we were surprised to see it on the bill. I enjoyed my potato and spinach enchilada dish and my wife had a good amount of guacamole and chips before her Vegan Fajita Quesadilla arrived. The quesadilla was one large tortilla folded over in half and stuffed with peppers, onions, and mushrooms and what should be vegan cheese. She only ate a quarter wedge and a few bites of rice before she was full. As we felt fine driving home but I started to experience heartburn which since being on a plant-based diet for nearly 10 years only happens when I eat something non-vegan. My wife was sick during the night and throughout the entire following day. We are convinced there was some cross contamination in the food or worse, her quesadilla was made with real dairy cheese. This isn't the first time we haven't felt well leaving La Fiesta's Clifton Park location. Maybe it wasn't a fluke and there is room for improvement in kitchen practices to prevent cross contamination, maybe we just have bad luck. We can't keep going there if we're going to get sick everytime. If you don't have food allergies or sensitivities I'm sure you'll be fine. Otherwise La Fiesta really lives up to the name. Friday evening, the restaurant was packed, there were people waiting at the door, drinks were flowing, and the music fun.
