The entire staff went above and beyond to make our big day so special, and our family and friends were absolutely raving about the beauty of the venue, both inside and out. Many of them said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The setting is so beautiful, and we had our ceremony outside in the pavilion. Cocktail hour was out on the porch/lawn, and the reception was in the main room. Everything was impeccably set up and decorated, and the staff worked so hard to bring my vision to life. The caterer that they recommended was excellent, and there was seamless coordination between the winery and all of the vendors. Brook Hollow has a large, diverse selection of wines, and we and our guests thoroughly enjoyed several of them throughout the day. We look forward to going back in the future for some of the winery's events, as well as to the tasting room to enjoy and stock up on the amazing wines.

Every layer of the sub was thoroughly planned out with a good amount of each topping. There was a great ratio of the filling to the bread. The bread was the key though. Most of the condiments were on the side, and I did not even need to add any because of how good and flavorful the sub was by itself. Will I go back? I did not actually attend, but would head there.

It wasn't too busy when we arrived, so we were seated right away, which was a great start. The decor feels a bit old-fashioned, but the dining room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated that it wasn't overly loud. Our waiter was patient, attentive, and genuinely lovely. We started with the spinach dip, and that was delicious. For the main, we ordered the half baby back ribs with coleslaw and steamed broccoli. The broccoli and coleslaw were a bit bland, but the ribs...Tenderism! Absolutely tender, flavorful, and easily the star of the meal. Dessert looked nice but honestly wasn't very memorable. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Delicious Heights if you're in the area, especially for the ribs. We enjoyed ourselves and plan on going back.

I really like how people of all ages were there; this is somewhere I can go with my friends, my mom can go with hers, and nobody feels out of place. I will absolutely be coming back. Unfortunately, the service has been a consistent weak point, and my experience on Wednesday, September 16 was enough to make me decide not to return. When I arrived, the bartender appeared to be handling one table of roughly eight to ten people. She acknowledged me and said she would be with me in a moment, which was completely understandable. But after about 15 minutes, I still had not been helped or given any further acknowledgment. Another couple came in during that time and waited as well. What finally frustrated me was watching the bartender turn her attention to fixing the music while several customers were still waiting. The other couple eventually left. I suggested that perhaps the waiting customers should be helped before dealing with the music, and she snapped back, "I am helping the customers." I waited another couple of minutes and then decided to leave. I said goodbye, and she simply said goodbye in return, with no apparent concern that a newly regular customer who had been waiting nearly 20 minutes was walking out. That was disappointing because I genuinely like the place itself. The atmosphere is probably the best thing about it, and I would have liked to keep coming back. But a welcoming space only goes so far when the service makes you feel as though your business is an inconvenience.
