I really like this place! Discovered it for the first time a couple weeks ago and decided to visit it with my 3 kids. The prices are a bit high, and I wish they offered multi-kid discounts. The space was clean, and there was a a lot of room for the kids to play and run. My only compliant is that some of the pieces are broken and I saw at least 4+ holes in the ceiling that were leaking water. They had a bucket on the floor with rags around it, collecting water, but hopefully that gets fixed ASAP, especially since some of the holes were in the toddler and baby areas and the kids could definitely get into the puddles of water (there were no buckets in the 18 month space) and get dirty. Other than that, the food was alright. The pizzas look burned and are not worth the money, but all in all, a nice new indoor playground area. read more

We've visited several times with other little ones and their parents. During the week, things are overall calm and it's a large controlled space for the little ones to play. There's a dedicated space for small toddlers and infants which is nice. There are comfy recliners for parents to sit in as their children run out their energy. Towards the back there are arcade games and seating area for their limited "cafe" menu items. Though we've never eaten their food, it's nice that the soda fountain drinks are the newer self serve touch screen. For anyone interested, they also have beer and limited wine selection. When we first visited, they heavily enforced a "no shoes" "no food" policy where the kids play. We decided to host my son's birthday party here. After several back and forth conversations with different employees, we finally determined you have 90 minutes in a party room and only the child seating is reserved or guaranteed. We didn't find out the exact arrangements until close to the actual day which caused unnecessary stress. In the end, Play Space came through with the arrangements after we paid even more for a larger room. Prior to the party, I would have given 4 stars. The reason for 3 is that all employees should be trained on the "birthday policies " or at least redirect to a prompt call from a manager. My parents who saw my car there and were unloading several party items were told that they didn't have a booking under our name and perhaps they were looking for the party space on the other side of W NASA Parkway. This was very upsetting to me, as you can imagine, with my parents arguing with a cart full of food and presents that this is where their grandchild is having his party and that their daughter's car is parked outside! The shoe and food policy is only enforced with parents now, so if you are the parent of a small child crawling around on the floor and this bothers you, something to consider. As expected, this place is chaos on the weekend! Worth a trip during off- peak hours and definitely have all your questions answered by a manager before you consider a party. read more

How much fun can you pack into an indoor space for kids? Plenty in here. So many places for kids to climb and slide and learn and share! Birthday parties are great here. Plenty of arcade games for the adult kids and cold drinks. We took 4 of the grandkids, ages 5,2,2, & 1, and everyone had a blast. Came once to check it out.. been coming back ever since. My 4 year old can play here all day. I haven't seen it dirty and bathrooms are always clean. Staff has always been friendly. Wish you could bring your own food because it's not healthy, but I am so grateful they allow you to leave and come back--makes for a perfect all day thing. Took my kiddo here to try it out and we were not disappointed! This place is seriously awesome. I love that I also can play with him and interact more than other places. I can see how parents love the huge cushy chairs, TVs and a large space for kids, but I love it because my kid can be a kid and explore. Brought my sons here for their 3rd birthday to play. The staff was friendly. Place was clean. (Staff member was actually scrubbing the walls.) My boys really loved it & enjoyed themselves. That's was my main concern. So that alone gives it a 5 star. The popcorn, tots, & cookies, were good. Honestly, the pizza wasn't very tasty. But it got the job done.. The best deal food wise is you pay like $2.50 for a cup & can have unlimited drinks. Lots to choose from. Staff even let us bring outside gifts in to give our sons. My ONLY complaint is maybe the staff walking the play areas a little more. The 18 month & under section eventually had a staff member blocking the door as there was no lock. I kept having to get my children out of that area as well as other parents with older children. They loved the ball pit in that area. Wish there was one for the other children. But I couldn't really use the chairs to relax because I kept having to get my children out of that area. Also a child had to complain to a staff member over another child bullying him. I love the "parents can chill" aspect but you really can't. Some parents did but there kids really should of been monitored. Also the area with the stores & food truck, the small toys were EVERYWHERE. Maybe a staff member could keep that area occasionally picked up. The games were nice as my husband enjoyed those. You load a card to play. You can use card next time as well. Also the grip socks you can save & use again. Not bad. Nice place to bring your kids. I also read a reviews where an adult complained because staff wanted them to have grip socks, this wasn't an issue for us. Regular socks were fine. read more

I enjoyed coming with the kiddos to this place. It's active and very fun to do. Despite all of the kids everywhere just prepare your kid before going there, don't leave with anyone, find your parents, tell them where you're sitting, follow them, keep them hydrated and have fun. I love the stamp thing so ppl can't leave with other ppls children, getting the two adults free thing is great and the food is really decent. Go here if you wanna wear your kids out. read more

Great place to take the kids especially since it's almost summer in Houston and this is a great alternative than being cooped up at home. I took my 1 year old and he enjoyed the tot section. There is another section for 4 years old and under and he also enjoyed playing with the blocks there. The areas are gated but I did see some kids playing in the tot section. The place is clean and well kept. I was told by staff that they clean every single toy daily. If you forget socks, they also sell them for $2.50. They do want kids to wear grip socks. read more

I took my 9 month old here since he's started crawling and pulling up and I was told they have a special baby section that's nice and padded for safe exploring. The cost of $8 per child and 2 free adults was great. The place was very clean, had good food and drink selection (even offered beer and wine) and great parent chairs. The arcade area looked nice. It was loud and all the kids there seemed to be having a nice time. I got to the baby corner and it was small, but good enough for baby. The only thing is that there were big kids in it. I'd guess maybe 6 kids between the ages of 8-11 just running around and jumping into the baby ball pit. Other play spaces I've been to have baby spaces restricted from big kids taking over, especially if they're not with a sibling. We didn't stay long cause I didn't feel all that comfortable with all the bigger kids in the little baby space. If they had more staff I think it would be better too. However, when my baby is a little bigger I think he'll have a blast running around this place. It seems like a lot of fun. I'd hope they get more staff by then. If I had to choose between this place and the place across the street, this place is a lot nicer. :) read more

Great atmosphere for the kids and I can let my son play with peace of mind because they don't allow children to leave without an adult that they came in with (matching ink stamps). The food is very overpriced and not so great quality. We paid $20 for a small order of tater tots, 4 cheese sticks that were undercooked and some ice cream. The pizzas are actually good, I will say. Very clean. Well maintained. Lots of climb areas, and imagination spaces. They have a little arcade though we have not played any games there yet so I don't know what they cost. Good security/in and out procedures. My son and nephew played for over 2 hours and weren't ready to leave. The front desk person was a little curt and that almost put us off. My first time here and the pictures were too good to be true but they lived up to the expectations! This place is clean, and has so much for the kids to do. After a repeated conversation with one of the Play space associates, I was told I could bring my daughters birthday cake in. What she didn't tell us was that is ONLY if you want to pay an exponential amount of money for their birthday rooms. Though there are Play space associates on the ground monitoring, they are not in the jungle gym. So the larger kids are plowing over the smaller ones, or blocking slides and passageways so that no one, not even adults, can pass. Because it is a large place it is really hard to keep an eye out unless you are also climbing through the jungle gym. read more

I love that they stamp you and your kids with the same number as their parents and guard the exit so kids can't leave without their parents. I wish more places did this. Our child was scratched by an aggressive child while we were there. The employees addressed the situation with the parents and they were asked to leave, per the rules of the facility. The staff were very supportive and professional. I was very impressed. They provide free water for dehydration reasons, which is great. read more

Hands down the best indoor play place in the area!! After the first five minutes of our first visit I honestly can see myself going back to any of the other local play places. They offer the security of the magic stamps for parent and children so the fear of a complete stranger walking out the front door with your child is minimized. The entire place seemed really clean and well kept. Their vast array of play amenities are top of the line AWESOME! My husband and I had a blast playing as well. Their food selection consisted of more than just grab and go snacks... I haven't tried anything on the menu just yet but will tomorrow when we go back. They also sell beer and wine which i think is a good perk for some parents(as long as the one drinking isn't going to be driving of course). All in all, I fell in love with this place pretty instantaneously, as did my kiddos and hubby. The amount of options also allow us to stay longer here, getting more bang for our buck. read more
