The space seems ok, my kids have come here plenty of times before with my mom and aunt but I recently joined and I have to say the service for food was disappointing. Great spot for a 2 1/2 year old to run and play. Everything is padded and secure. The pizza is decent, and they have a lot of kid food options. I highly recommend! This was our first time here, but we'll be back. They do birthday parties too, and we're even considering it. The photo booth and some of the arcade games aren't working right now, but it's still a fun place for the little o es to burn energy. Definitely a good place to spend a few hours during the rain. Amazing place to bring a kid! I have a one year old and two year old, who love running around. We arrived and were hand stamped, when we left we were checked so they take security well! There is a baby area that is gated so no kids can go out without an adult, a toddler area, a big kid play ground (for kids AND parents to play on), and an arcade! They have a food area with pizzas and drinks, so just about anything you'd need, that have it all. My kids had a blast, we stayed for a total of 3 hours because time flew by. It was well worth the 30-40 minute drive to come out there. We will defiantly be back. read more

I absolutely loathe these places. The germs, the screaming kids, the noise level, the cheap food equivalent to that of an amusement park and the smell of poopy diapers everywhere you turn. Much to my surprise, I actually don't mind coming to this place so much. One of my biggest problems in bringing my 3 year old autistic nephew is the older kids being in the younger sections when they shouldn't be. What I like about this place- it is monitored and monitored pretty well. As a matter of fact, there is a worker guarding the 18 month and younger section as I sit here for the safety of the babies. The 4 years and younger section is also monitored pretty well and anytime you feel like older kids are entering or not playing safely around the younger ones, the staff is right there to take care of it - gently. They also provide comfortable seating for the parents to keep an eye on their kiddos. There is just so much for kids to do here and I always feel like they can do it safely. Yours and your kiddos hands are stamped beforehand and you cannot leave without proving that the kiddo is yours- via the stamp. Kinda like Chuck-E-Cheese's. The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked and they also have an arcade with rides for kids big and small. I'd skip the food court and go eat before or after. The prices aren't ridiculous but really aren't worth it. The popcorn was stale and the pizza was basically cheeseless. Still glad they offer a small cafe though! For the two of us on a Saturday to play (with a pair of skid-free socks that I always forget to bring and have to buy), it is about 18$. Not too bad. I'll be back for sure. read more

She had fun, but when we took her to the bigger side, she was in heaven. I definitely loved this place for my child. It was a great place to go to it just gets really pack.

We took our three year old here with some friends and they all had a blast. Super clean, and decently priced snacks/food. You and your child receive matching stamps on your arm, so you don't have to worry about your child escaping. They also offer a discount for military, teachers and first responders. Loss of a star because: there's a mask gestapo who will narrow in on you even if you are eating/drinking. A lady six seats down didn't wear a mask for a solid 20 minutes and the mask gestapo passed by her numerous times, but would stop to scold our group for having our masks lowered even though we were consuming food and drinks. She'd pop out from around to corner to check on us every few minutes. After awhile it became comical! She was so concerned with our masks that she completely ignored everyone else around us who weren't wearing theirs. I respect them enforcing a mask policy but the mask gestapo (a female running your concessions) needs to cool it and learn typical mask wearing protocol while eating/drinking. read more

They seem like they are watching your every move. Super strict on shoes on play area even if your not getting in but look in to make sure kids are doing good. I understand. just make sure to let everyone know in entrance and not already inside and have to go back and get shoe covers or socks. And toddlers who are quite active will be watched and judged unfortunately. Happened to me. My child is 2 1/2. Yes 2. And had a worker over toddler area continuslouly tell me everything he was doing. The owner of this place is genius! I am the mom of a toddler and I often try to find things for my daughter to do outside. I was just perusing the streets of Yelp and typed in "things to do with a toddler" and this place popped up. We get there on a Sunday around 2 and the place is PACKED. That doesn't slow the front desk down though, we were signed in, routed to the kiosk of disclosures and stamped in within 5 minutes. I will say, this is the type of place you have to ask everything you want to know like "where's the toddler station?" All the way in the back. "Do the parents have to buy grip socks too?" No, but parents do have to wear socks into the play areas. Everyone is moving fast and trying to get somewhere so if that's not your type of carrying on, avoid this place. There are MANY places for parents to recline and kick back as their children run wild GENIUS!! The 18months and under was the least occupied play area and I really enjoyed that. Gave us time to get down and play with her. Only one complaint on this visit, they do not monitor age. We visited the 4 and under room and there were kids up to 7-8 which is a huge safety hazard. The toddler room was sanitized every 15 minutes ( I counted). I will be back. Might even throw her party here seeing as how she's a winter baby. read more

This place is awesome! Today a friend and I met up for a play date. Between the 2 of us we had 6 kids ranging from 2-11 years old. Because of the age gap we often struggle with finding activities that appeal to all the children and keep their interest. This place was a hit for all of them! When we walked in we were greeted friendly and quickly. Both of us brought grip socks from home and filled out the waiver online before arrival. So checking in was simple. They do offer reasonably priced grip socks for children (adults can wear regular socks) and had a variety of sizes. The lady at the gate stamped the kids arms and adults for safety. There is a large area to put on socks and plenty of room for shore storage. The kids took off immediately we only saw them again when they needed to use the restroom or we begged them to eat. Food: plenty of variety and all of it tasted pretty good even to the adults. The kids meals were about $5 each and we got a huge pizza for some of the kids for $14. I love that the kids meal options include yogurt or apple sauce. They also have the drink station with free refills and the soda machine that allows you to choose lots of flavors. Oh and if your over 21 they have beer and wine! Cleanliness: we sat near the toddle area and I noticed workers sanitizing the area several times while we were there. The food area looked clean and the tables and chairs were all clean. The bathrooms were clean and I love that they have a sink area outside the bathroom as well to allow children to easily reach and wash hands even if not using the restroom. Safety: workers monitored the play area the entire time, I ofcourse would get up to check on kids because it's my responsibility but they were in a safe environment. We entered the establishment with my friend so when it was time to go one of my nephews tried to walk out with her while I was helping another put on his shoe. I love that the employees politely had them wait for me and not leave with her. I love that they are watching and monitoring the doors it makes me feel so much safer allowing the kids freedom to play. Entertainment: There is a section for 18 months and younger, 4 and younger and the rest is over four. The kids all played well in the main area. They have tunnels, balls, slides, ropes and an arcade. My nephews love video games, they didn't once walk over to the section or even ask to. They played three hours in the other section without complaint. Came here today for the first time with my 7, 5 and 4 year-old. It's clean and comfortable and everyone is very friendly. My only complaint is that they don't allow you to bring in your own water and sell Costco brand water for a dollar a bottle (you can buy a package of about 40 bottles at Costco for like $3-4.) Also, be sure to bring your grippy socks (like the kind you buy at a trampoline park) or they will make you buy them again for $2.50 a pair. read more

This is, hands down the place to take your child(ren) if it's nasty outside or you just don't wanna be in the heat. It's fun for my almost 2 year old son and I usually find myself having a blast as well. You need to pick the time you go carefully cause this place can get highly congested with parties or multiple families enjoying this place! When you pay for your visit you, your child and anyone else with you get stamped with a number combination that's unique to you and your children that can be seen with a black light. Which is safe in today's world with abductions happening left and right. The food is cheap tasting and over priced and you cannot bring your own food in to this establishment, which is fine. I'd really like to see better quality food but it is what it is. We don't go to eat. All in all, it's safe, highly enjoyable and cheap! read more

I played around a while it was fun but it definitely wasn't the most sanitary place I felt like I needed to wear Clorox wipes while playing in there. Bit the parents do get to sit in recliners while their kids are playing but a kid that was like 2 went into the 18 months and under area and the workers kindly told him he had to leave he was upset but they were nice about they weren't like "HEY KID NO PLAYING IN THERE ITS ONLY FOR 18 a MONTHS AND UNDER" no they were like "hey you can't be in here okay" and escorted him out. I initially didn't have to purchase socks for mr toddler since I came prepared with his own grip socks; however, in the toddler room, there was a puddle of liquid on the floor. My toddler accidentally stepped in the liquid and got his socks wet. So, I reported the situation to the front desk but they made me buy their socks even though it was their fault the floor was wet. First time being here I'd say. Not bad. You will have to sign a waiver. It was me, my wife, and my 1 year old daughter. She had fun. You have to have grip socks to be in the play area at all times. My daughter had a lot of fun at the 18 months and under section. There were a few older kids and some parents who let them in and they were literally throwing the ball from the ball pit. I was about to get up and confront the parents if they hit my daughter there will be a problem. Good thing the workers here are great. A worker name Mattie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she came a couple times. She ensure everyone had socks and told some parents some of the kids weren't the right age. I took two 18 month olds to the play space and we had the best time! I'm a strict scheduler so I had planned on being back home for lunch & nap time. All of that went out the window because we were having so much fun! My toddlers loved the toddler & baby room. The baby room has tons of stuff to climb or crawl on. They would've been fine just staying in there all day! The toddler room has some mini shops, blocks, toys, and several grocery carts. The grocery carts were a huge hit. It also has a little extension room with 3 slides, a step on patio, and this super fun hidden round a bout. We ventured off to the big kids side to see what it had. I was so surprised that they were able to do everything over there! The loved climbing up the stairs and sliding down the slides. I also enjoyed it! There's a couple adventure courses that are super fun. We all three went through the tunnels that are up high. I was glad that I was able to go with them. The staff was friendly and it was very clean. We ate lunch at the cafe and it was good! We will definitely be back! read more

I am at grandmother who was there for a child's birthday party. As I went through the little gate, my hand was stamped and a young worker recorded my attendance for the party. I walked toward the refreshment area and saw the birthday child. I hugged her and as she turned to run off, a worker approached me and asked if I was staying or going. I didn't understand what she meant so she asked the same question again. I told her I was staying. She told me I would have to take my shoes off. I told her I would leave the play area and go to the refreshment area. I was not wearing socks and did not want to go barefoot in a public place. I sat with other party goers. Someone else approached me and said I had to take my shoes off. I explained that I would not go into the play area but would just sit at the table as I had no socks on and did not want to take my shoes off. She told me I had to buy socks or leave. I went up front to purchase socks and saw shoe covers. I asked for and received shoe covers which I placed over my shoes. I went back tomehere I had been sitting and noticed several other adults who were wearing shoes. I observed that workers looked at them but did not approach them. Later, as I was walking back to the party room, I slid on the floor and almost fell. I was very cautious not to fall after that. I continued to observe other adults walking with their shoes on. I was not at all concerned about the cost of socks and would have gladly paid for shoe covers. My concern was that I was not told that everyone was required to not wear shoes and that shoe covers were available for those who did not want to remove their shoes. My suggestion to the owners or managers: post a sign at the entrance and a notice on the website that everyone must remove their shoes whether or not they are playing. Also not that socks may be purchased or shoe covers are available. In addition, guests should have to remove their shoes before they go through the gait and get their hands stamped. One last issue, one of the children was not hand stamped which caused problems when the child's parents tried to leave with the child. A suggestion would be to have two people at the gate so no one is missed. read more

Putting customers first is non-existent here. We've spent over $500 easily here between parties and regular admissions. I scheduled a party prior to covid for my son. Had to end up cancelling it last year and was told then that my only option was to reschedule for next year. (Want to mention that my sister booked same promotion package and paid the same deposit on the SAME day i booked.. when she called to cancel, they gave her deposit back in a gift card because of Covid--- she still has the gift card to prove) so, they tell me they can't do that, and i didn't want to lose out on money so i rescheduled for 2021. I should've seen the res flag then but decided to give grace and rebook. Fast forward to this year... I knew a couple months ago i wasn't going to be able to have a party big enough for a party room i originally scheduled. I called in and told them that I'd like to move to outside party. They tell me they can't do a weekend party table (who has a bday party on a weekday? We work on weekdays...) so now, can't get deposit back in gift card form (which makes no sense why they wouldn't offer that-- I'm still stuck using that money with them this way) even though i called way in advance and went in circles with a manager who never in fact called me back the first time (i had to re-explain the situation to another manager). Super frustrating that I've now been dealing with this for an entire year AND I'm losing out on $100. Not a way to treat a customer...we won't be returning. read more
