I wish we didn't have to leave even 1 star Very disappointed with the experience we had today. Our family has ordered from this pizza place at least once a week and has relied on them for many of our family gatherings. Unfortunately, after the customer service we received tonight, that will no longer be the case. I ordered an extra-large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, but instead received a cheese pizza with a black hair sitting on the crust. When I called to request a replacement, I was not asking for a refund simply the pizza I originally ordered, made correctly and without a hair in it. Instead of addressing the issue, the older gentleman on the phone insisted that he personally handled the pizza and claimed there was no hair on it. Then another employee got on the phone and incorrectly stated that I had only ordered a cheese pizza. That was not the order I placed. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What is disappointing is the way the situation was handled. A loyal customer should not be met with denial and accusations when bringing a legitimate concern to your attention. Sadly, because of the poor customer service we received tonight, our family will no longer be supporting this business. We will also be sharing our experience with others so they can make informed decisions about where they choose to spend their time and money. read more

Their restaurants is take out first and dine-in second, as you order your food at the register and then find your own seating. The owner is a little hostile but the employees are nice. I am writing to update my review of The Pizza Place after my recent experience. I called in to place a delivery order as I regularly do. To my surprise the man who answered the phone let me know they would not be able to deliver to my location, which is a 9 min drive. I am a frequent customer here and each time I place an order it exceeds $80. I honestly did not want to proceed with placing an order for carry out because of how upset I was. My family has been coming here for over 10 years. This is very upsetting to say the least. The food has been consistent throughout the years but not happy with the way I was treated over the phone as I was unable to explain to the guy who just shut me down quickly. I hope the owner / management look into this. read more

Stopped for a sandwich, price on the menu says one thing but after you order, it's $3.50 more without adding anything, get the sandwich and it has hardly any meat and honestly everything on it was minimal, then asked if they could add mustard and the guy says "that'll be $1" for a few squirts of mustard? ‍ then the guy was rude about it and after that I took what I had and left. I would have given it minus stars, but not given the option Everything I got was horrible I got a medium pizza, pepperoni and paid for extra pepperoni. The first thing I noticed when I open the box was that the cheese was yellow not that I have anything against yellow cheese just not on a pizza there was definitely not extra pepperoni and the crust was so greasy and flimsy , it wasn't worth eating. The second item was a crispy chicken salad. I'm not sure where they got the fried chicken from but it was so salty. You couldn't eat it. The lettuce was old and the croutons were prepackaged again very weird. Lastly, an Italian sub wow there was ham and salami and a little bit of cheese, lettuce, diced tomato and just a dollop of mayonnaise on a very thick Brady bun. Nothing Italian about this you could've gotten it at the 7-Eleven bland noticed know what oil and vinegar nothing it was awful I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Was recommended this spot by a friend, said I had to try it. I showed up about 20 mins before closing, looks like Apple Maps had the hours wrong, and they were super friendly and accommodating. Owner told me I could've showed up 1 min before closing and he still would've made my pizza. Got to watch him make it right in front of me! The pizza itself is fantastic. Been coming here long enough to have seen three different owners. Once upon a time it was the ONLY place I ordered pizza from for my family. Covid killed the specials and this inflation isn't helping either. The pizza is good and priced fairly. They used to have the best hot wings but now mediocre. Not sure what happened. Salad is good too. The ranch they offer is yummy but you'll pay a premium if you want extra. The day I had to pay for Parmesan cheese and pepper packets was the day I decided my next pizza and goodies will be bought elsewhere. 2 each at .10 cents per- I only ask for what I'll use- It's not the price but the principal. Plus I had already paid for everything and then had to pay another measly .40 cents. A blessing in disguise because I found a place with better pizza. More cheese, more sauce, more yum and they don't nickel and dime you for condiments. I'm sure I'll go back to the Pizza Place on the rare occasion. After all, the pizza is good and everyone behind the counter is cool but now I have a new "go to" spot for my pizza pies. read more

The water "cups" are about 1oz, and when we asked for larger ones (you know, like the ones you get literally everywhere else), he said "we can't. This is how we track who gets water." WTF does that even mean??? We spent like $45 on food and they can't spare a normal size cup?? To add insult to injury the food was bad.
