We visited Bomber's Bar and Grill yesterday, eager to enjoy a new dining experience, but…read moreunfortunately, our time there was quite disappointing. Upon entering, we noticed the bar was busy, and we took the only two available seats at the bar, which happened to be next to two regulars who were deeply engrossed in conversation. As I settled into my seat, I couldn't shake off the uncomfortable feeling that came from the intense stare-down I received from the regulars, as if I had intruded on their territory. In an attempt to ease the tension, I switched seats with my husband, but the discomfort lingered. For about ten minutes, we sat there while relatives and regulars came and went, but we received no acknowledgment from the staff. The bartender took two phone orders before serving a table that came in after us, leaving us without menus or drinks. At that point, we decided to leave in frustration. The ambiance of the bar was dark and small stuck between two other larger businesses, with dim lighting that made it difficult to see until my transition lenses adjusted. Additionally, there was a pole right outside the door that posed a hazard for anyone exiting. Overall, we were excited to try Bomber's Bar and Grill, but the lack of service and uncomfortable environment left us feeling let down.

I believe she answered the phone as Stephanie. My boyfriend and I came in from Lake George after the winery being closed, wanting to stay in the area a while and check out other places. We came in, sat at the bar, eventually this girl came behind the bar and we said "Hi how are you?" with a cold response of "ID's?" So as we are getting them my boyfriend asks if you have highlife, and she responds "i don't know until I see your ID." We show her ID's, she gets us two beers without saying a word and leaves to go play with the TV stations. We felt so uncomfortable and have never had rude service like this, we cashed out and left immediately. I'm only leaving you this because as a bar manager myself, I would want someone to let me know if my employee treated patrons this way.

In the past I've enjoyed Domino's thin crust. Pisanello's offers thin and thin crispy, so I ordered the crispy, which was less crispy than Domino's thin. Their cheese tastes okay, but there's not enough of it. Their pepperoni looked different than any I've ever seen--no color variation for flavorful fat; this is solid brown, perhaps healthier, but almost tasteless. The black olives were plentiful, which is the only reason they got 2 stars. Their driver was polite & pleasant; but for $28 w/tip for a 14" pizza, I really expected better.

So far just tried a pizza. First off happy to say they have our favorite canned mushrooms. Its a matter of taste but we think fresh tastes like styrofoam.
