The staff are young and will help if you press them to assist you, but they won't go out of their way to welcome you and offer to help you. I appreciate the convenient location of this store and the products they have in stock. It is the main reason I visit them to buy things like poop bags, squeaky balls, and high quality pet food. It is nice that bathing and nail trims are also available; although I have never used those services here. The staff just seem a little too inexperienced to entrust them with my pet's care.

We did not ask for him to be shaved down like this and when we picked him up, they barely spoke to us. Previously we took him to Petco and the groomers would always explain things like matting or how his behavior was during the appointments, the lack of communication at Petsmart was very disappointing. While waiting we overheard another customer returning because their dog's haircut was also patchy and shaved down on the head when he wanted it to be fluffy. I would not recommend this location if you want a specific haircut rather than a shaved down style.

The timeline and symptoms have raised serious concerns. He had been groomed many times before with no incident. If your animals are like family, I urge you to use extreme caution. We did not lose one single fish in the acclimating and currently have 100% at present. The algae eaters we purchased have grown substantially abd are active and entertaining! We are planning to return for a purchase of Albino Corey-cats soon. They also have an excellent variety of plants and supplies. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their store was busy on a Saturday, and we still had a pleasant experience. Their prices are reasonable as well in comparison to local Pet Stores. I checked out two other Pet stores in our area, and one had all their stock on quarantine due to an ich outbreak that came with a shipment, and the other had quite a few dead fish laying or floating in their tanks. I did not purchase from either and began looking for other options. Google helped me find Kona Reef and are thankful we found them! I recommend them highly!

They also carry top brand natural dog food that's hard to find and their prices are fair compared to other pet specific shops that offer similar products.
