Got the burger last time. I'd definitely do the barbecue over the burger in the future! The barbecue pork sandwich was great! Great crinkle cut fries. Asked about the loaded fries. She said they come with barbecue pork, shredded cheese bacon - recommended adding jalapeños and ranch too. Sounds good. Might try those next time!

I can remember coming here when I was younger. My auntie loved this place! After many , many years this establishment came up in a recent conversation so I decided to have lunch here. Surprisingly when I arrived a little after 12 pm, there were a few people in the drive thru. The inside was closed. I placed two orders not from the lunch menu. Their prices are insanely cheap in my opinion! I ordered the rib tip plate which their plates all come with coleslaw , baked beans and fries. I ordered a pork plate too. Both plates came with a good amount of food! The one drawback for me was that I immediately got a headache after eating this pork! It had a really good smoked flavor though . Also, they put a bit too much sauce on the rib tips. The bbq sauce was tasty but just more than I prefer. The coleslaw also had way too much mayo in it. YUCK! The fries and baked beans were perfect! I love a good hole in the wall and this certainly is a hole in the wall. I will definitely come here again to try more menu items but I'm staying away from the rib tips. We did not get along! The staff was nice.

I absolutely love their food. I used to stop by every single morning when I worked in Birmingham. But today I was and Birmingham and stopped by to get some food. It was 1:59. And I was told they were closed now I'm making my hour drive back home sad and an empty stomach very upset. I just wanted barbecue sandwich.

Smoked Sausage, riblets, baked beans, fries.

Where to start! I will preface this review saying that I am not from this area and I travel a lot for work. I love trying new places upon local's recommendations. first, plate is deceptive. it looks phenomenal. I was very disappointed when I started eating. I got the two meat plate with smoked sausage and riblets with fries and beans. The Beans were a bit too sweet for me and couldve been seasoned a bit better, but were good. The fries were inconsistent, some were crisp and delicious and others were soggy and limp. also could've used a bit of salt. the smoked sausage didn't seem to have the smoked flavor and the snap that accompanies a good sausage. there was very heavy spice on the back end that was almost off putting. the riblets were extremely dry and unappetizing. even with the sauce, it was like eating jerky with bones in it. the sauce was extremely heavy on the vinegar, much heavier than other regional competitors. the tea was amazing. I am a bit confused on the price though. the menu showed the two meat combo at 18 and change and an iced tea at 1.80 but I paid 24.73. I'm not sure how the extra four dollars showed up. All in all. 25 bucks for what I received in portion size was great. The meal just lacked in the quality area. These opinions are strictly mine and I do not discourage anyone from trying this place. Customer service was ok, not the greatest, but not the worst: I probably would not eat lunch here again but would try breakfast menu.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's the perfect example of hole in the wall BBQ joint. You get what you pay for and it's completely worth the wait

Wow. It's amazing. Go get some. What more do you need to know?…read more We have been wanting to try this food truck for awhile as we have heard good things, but they are a little hard to find as they don't have a regular operating schedule as a food truck. Finally found them in a neighborhood market pop-up a couple of days ago...sweet! Ordered pork, ribs, and, of course, brisket. Also got their potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans. They also added in some of their sausages for us to try as well. Here is a tip - if you want brisket, go early. I got the last of their brisket and the pop-up market was only halfway through! Took everything home and we had a FANTASTIC dinner. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was good! It's crazy!! Party of 6 in our group and everyone loved it! Everyone had different favorites, but all agree everything was excellent. Going to have to hunt down that food truck again soon!

These two plates easily fed us- 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 little girl. So, I get we got an excellent value for our money. Portion sizes are generous and the prices are excellent! So when my mom told me that she wanted to throw my dad a surprise 70th birthday party and was looking to get some ribs and chicken catered, I knew that they would love their food as well. So we ordered four slabs of ribs and a full pan of smoked wings. EVERYONE at the party loved them! The Friday afternoon before the party that evening, I went to their brick and mortar location, and it is in such a great location! Very nice and the owner is great! He's nice and personable every single time we see him and very helpful. I would recommend him again and again. They also will deliver your catering over a certain dollar amount which is great! I'm not huge on pork anymore, but when I tell you, these ribs are so tender and so good! You will NOT be disappointed.

Kuntri Kitchen food truck was set up outside St. Vincent's Birmingham today. The scent that hit my…read morenose was heavenly as I approached. A menu board sitting in front of the truck had their menu for today. They had BBQ pork sandwiches, pork plates, rib plates, bbq nachos, wings, roasted corn, bbq beans, pineapple lemonade, and more. The service here was fast and friendly. The prices are about what you would expect for bbq. I got the bbq pork sandwich for $9, the rib plate with two sides -roasted corn and beans- for $18, and a pineapple lemonade for $4. Two people for $36. The amount of food you get is very generous. The bbq pork sandwich was pretty basic, just pork and sauce, but it was huge. Pork and sauce poured over the bun to fill the biggest portion of the to go plate. The meat was tender and juicy and is somewhere between pulled and chopped. The bbq sauce isn't overly sweet and has a spicy kick. It's not a hot sauce but if you are sensitive to heat, you may want to choose something else. There is a bit of after burn. My mom couldn't eat it due to an extreme aversion to spice but I had it later for dinner and I enjoyed it very much. The real star for me was the rib plate. These ribs were huge, tender, and moist, with just enough bite to keep them from falling off the bone. They are rubbed with spices and you have the option of bbq sauce, which I got. Get plenty of napkins because you will need them. These are some of the best ribs I've had in a while. I wanted to suck the bones. My sides were roasted corn and baked beans. Both of these had a little kick of heat to them, so once again, if you can't stand spice look out. Both side items were delicious. Let's talk about the pineapple lemonade. When I saw it was $4, I almost skipped it, but am I ever glad I didn't! This lemonade is so refreshing, sweet, and smooth I could have happily finished off a gallon or more. It's very sweet and there is little tang. It was so worth it. If you see this truck, get over there quick, you don't want to miss out.

I was interested in the hot chicken, the Brussels sprouts, and also the ribeye Philly cheesesteak. They told me both were really good, and I ended up going with the ribeye Philly cheesesteak. Great choice. I also got a side salad with the chipotle ranch dressing and that was very good too. Picture below. For dessert, I was planning on getting the key lime pie, because that is usually my move, but Hayden my server talked me into trying the blueberry cobbler cheesecake instead. I am glad he did.
