When I followed up over a week later to ask more sternly for the copy I was entitled to, he presumptuously assumed I was asking because of roommate issues and told me to leave him out of it. He was belittling, presumptuous, rude, and unprofessional. And this is on top of his general lack of help with maintenance requests and overall unhelpful attitude with inquiries over the 2 years renting from him. I'm praying he doesn't respond to this review and attempt to gaslight me or justify his poor behavior as he's done with other reviewers here.
