He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home's value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller's agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. On the buying side, he was a great guide & we closed without issues, in the neighborhood I was shooting for & within my budget.

Incredibly Honest and Trustworthy Realtor…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Reddam. Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. After evaluating the market and my financials, Paul explained that selling right now would likely lead to a loss and wasn't the smartest move for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.

Six months before I was even ready to list, she came out, did the footwork and provided me with estimates, things I could fix, etc. When it came time to sell, I was out of state and she handled everything - maintenance of the house, staging and even hanging out to make sure the work was done. Maybe not daily, but we were constantly in contact about what was happening - she'll even pick up the phone on a Saturday night! Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person and the house. My house was in TX, but I live in CA. I thought it would be a challenge to deal with the house remotely, but she took care of all the arrangements, including the final walkthrough with my tenants, repairs and renovations. I watched the market for several months prior to listing my house. Interest rates were high, demand was low, and houses in my neighborhood were sitting on the market for weeks and months. But Reinae is an expert in her field, and knew what to do to get the house ready for sale. With her guidance, I decided to make some repairs and update the floors and paint. My house was listed on a Thursday and I accepted an offer (for the listing price) 3 days later. We closed less than a month later. Something I really appreciated is her ability to give me advice without being pushy. She armed me with information and made sure I knew all my options, but she respected my opinion and supported any decisions I made. On the other end of the spectrum, when I needed guidance and someone to help me make decisions, she stepped up and helped me come to a decision with confidence. Lastly, she is a good person.
