This review is for Josh Center at Towers Reality. We've worked with a fair number of realtors over the years across a number of states including California, New York, and Utah. Josh is among the very best that we've worked with. We were looking for a realtor with solid expertise on both downtown high-rise options, as well as the near suburbs of Austin. Amber recommended Josh. Bottomline is we went from our first initial email contact late in the evening of the 3-Apr to an accepted offer on a high-rise unit downtown by the morning of the 10-Apr. I was not planning on moving that quickly -- we were thinking 6+ months of looking -- but Josh did such a phenomenal job in his summary and listings for near suburb options and downtown high-rise options that we felt completely confident going from initial contact to making an offer in less than 7 days. We don't live in Austin, so all of this was done remotely. The purchase was a surprise (and shock) for our daughter who moved to Austin last year. We are beyond satisfied with our experience with Josh Center at TOWERS! Josh helped us purchase our first home in Austin, TX in 2014, and guided us through every step in that new process. We just closed on our home purchase and it's gorgeous, checks all the boxes we had hoped for. But the story really starts a little over a year ago when we were just looking to rent for a year. We arranged to see a house for rent and met the listing agent. Shelley Dahlman happened to be there, I guess showing the place to another couple. We wound up talking with her briefly after seeing the house, and we just clicked. She found the rental we were looking for. And she read our minds, somehow as we were approaching the end of our year lease we reconnected with her I suppose she had a reminder that we'd likely be looking again and I think she reached out to us.
