I could not be more happy with the level of service and knowledge Towers Realty brings to the table. Amber gave me confidence, earned my trust, and baby stepped me in times of need. Other team members I met along the way, like Travis were incredibly flexible, and responsive. There really couldn't be a better group in the business. I had originally started working with Towers in August of 2019 but soon took a break for several months because work had picked up. During my break I was not hassled or pressured in any way. Which was great, because that would have driven me away. When i finally resumed my search, Amber hadn't missed a step. She remembered every detail and it was as if only a few days had passed. She helped me find my perfect home :) She has great taste and was proactively able to present several fantastic homes that were not on my radar during the search. Once I was under contract on my home, Amber guided the process and was able to solve problems and help troubleshoot issues. She was a strong advocate for me throughout - not afraid to negotiate the price when we felt it was the right thing to do or take others to task when they made a mistake on my file. Cheers to Towers Realty! read more

I worked with Andrew Hackemack at TOWERS for my latest move and I cannot express how wonderful the experience was. Andrew takes time to understand what your living needs are and makes recommendations that have your best interest in mind. He was incredible helpful in answering all of my numerous questions, but also bringing up useful considerations that hadn't crossed my mind. He made finding a new home easy. He went above and beyond for me, and I can't recommend enough for anyone else! read more

I'm currently writing this review sitting outside in our exceptional backyard retreat, with a pergola covered patio that overlooks serene greenbelt views and lush tree canopy. This view--and our beautiful new home, complete with a cozy fireplace and a doggie door--wouldn't have been possible without the help of Shelley Dahlman with Towers Realty. As first-time home buyers, Shelley went above and beyond to not only answer our (many) questions, but anticipate them. (In many cases, she even told us which questions we should be asking!) A self-described "house nerd," Shelley supported us through the entire journey of our purchase with kindness, humor and incredible attention to detail. Having moved to Austin a year ago, we were very impressed by her knowledge of the local housing market across all of Austin. We learned so much from her! Shelley's analytical and problem-solving mindset, combined with her tenacity, integrity and engaging personality made her incredible to work with. We couldn't recommend Shelley enough--her clients are lucky to work with her! read more

This review is for Josh Center at Towers Reality. We've worked with a fair number of realtors over the years across a number of states including California, New York, and Utah. Josh is among the very best that we've worked with. We were looking for a realtor with solid expertise on both downtown high-rise options, as well as the near suburbs of Austin. Amber recommended Josh. Bottomline is we went from our first initial email contact late in the evening of the 3-Apr to an accepted offer on a high-rise unit downtown by the morning of the 10-Apr. I was not planning on moving that quickly -- we were thinking 6+ months of looking -- but Josh did such a phenomenal job in his summary and listings for near suburb options and downtown high-rise options that we felt completely confident going from initial contact to making an offer in less than 7 days. We don't live in Austin, so all of this was done remotely. The purchase was a surprise (and shock) for our daughter who moved to Austin last year. We took a short trip to visit our daughter the week of 15-Apr and suggested that we spend a few hours one afternoon having Josh show us four places in the near suburbs that fit what we were looking for. Josh did a wonderful job sending a cover email to my daughter, wife and I with the proposed set of listings with a passing suggestion that he could, if we were interested, show us a high-rise unit right downtown just for fun. An absolutely perfectly crafted cover email. Our daughter (loving downtown), jumped at the chance to take a brief look. The entire thing was orchestrated so well and made for a wonderful surprise. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience with Josh from start to finish. Josh -- outstanding realtor, exceptional knowledge of the market, and willing to go out of his way to help out. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor for Austin! Maria Ybañez was the seller's agent that was involved. We've had significantly less interaction with her, but she did a phenomenal job as part of the site visit and surprise for our daughter. Thank you Maria! read more

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Lesley Taylor at TOWERS realty in helping me find a tenant for my condo. I cannot recommend her enough, she has made it easy for us as we live outside of Austin and manage this property from afar. Lesley was able to coordinate vendors to paint our unit and get it move-in ready for our new tenant. Lesley knows the Shore market and overall Downtown Austin market. If you need any real estate related help --give Lesley a ring!!" read more

Amber helped us find our DREAM HOME!!! Our friends referred us to Amber, gushing about how spectacular she was. We are first time home buyers and throughout the entire process, Amber was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and positive. She went above and beyond in every aspect and we could not be happier with her! She helped us navigate this crazy Austin market, and her attention to detail was critical in our ability to get under contract and close with no hiccups. We're blown away by what a great experience we had and how perfect our new home is! read more

We are beyond satisfied with our experience with Josh Center at TOWERS! Josh helped us purchase our first home in Austin, TX in 2014, and guided us through every step in that new process. We were VERY inexperienced and nervous to buy our first home so we needed to begin with some basic education. Josh helped us understand financing, property taxes and insurance to form a mortgage, and he is knowledgable of the do's and don'ts of first time homes. He walked us through every step and made us confident to buy when we found the right place! His personal network includes trusted lenders, inspectors and repairmen, too! So, the process wasn't overwhelming. Because of this great experience, we called on Josh AGAIN in 2018 to help us sell that house and relocate to Leander, TX! Having access to his personal search portal made it way easier to look for homes that met our needs, and we would receive an email every morning with new homes and updates to our specific market. Josh truly cares about his client's experience and satisfaction in their search for homes. It is an important investment for a family and he treats it that way. There was never a moment when we felt pressured, but like we had a very knowledgable coach on our team. One of our favorite parts of the experience, and why having an experienced realtor is so important, were the little places where Josh would find us money that we wouldn't have thought to even negotiate. From the final sales price, closing costs, leaseback needs, to appliance warranties there is a lot of room to save money with a realtor who knows how to negotiate. If you are looking for a realtor in Austin, TX, Josh Center is the best! read more

Shelley really helped my family so much in buying a home. She did a great job in helping us shape an offer, her attention to detail is extraordinary, and she really worked very hard to shield us from the difficult emotions of a transaction that could have easily failed to work out. If you're in the market to buy or sell a home, you won't go wrong with Shelley! In a previous transaction, Jude helped me sell a condo and got a record-breaking price for my building, so I guess you just can't go wrong with Towers altogether! read more

Lesley at TOWERS realty has helped me to lease my unit at the Shore three times over the past few years. Each time I've hired Lesley she has helped me with taking care of items needing to be addressed in my unit. She is a great resource. If I could give zero stars I would. We applied for a property. 3 business days went by. No word from Towers. Our realtor stayed on their office and found they'd accepted someone else's application. Tower never communicated anything to us. Don't recommend. read more

If you need an exceptional Realtor, Amber gets the job done. She was the listing agent for our condo. My husband, the Mr. MBA, successful executive type says, "Amber is the prototype for 'Realtor of the Future'. She is very in touch with the Austin market, using sophisticated quantitative data analysis for marketing." I add, "She is an excellent Realtor in the traditional sense. Constant communication, weekly updates, very positive and enthusiastic attitude. Plus she is a strong negotiator and pays attention to details." Amber has a full time administrator assistant who is a licensed Realtor, so you get two Realtors devoted to your sale. Finally, our son is a Finance analyst in Austin advised, "Choose a Realtor to represent you who is a condo expert," stating, "they are a different kind of animal." We have bought and sold 8 homes, so that is 16 transactions. Trust me, Amber is the best. read more

Lesley Taylor of TOWERS made leasing my Downtown Condo painless. I was traveling at the time we began the process and she was able to secure a painter for me to whip the unit into shape and make it market ready. Lesley got the unit leased within 2 weeks. She advised me on ways I could protect myself and my property during the tenancy and added these protections into the lease. I have worked with a lot of realtors in my profession as a builder, and Lesley proved to be one of the best. She was detailed, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to keep the process moving forward, even when I was not available. I will be happy to work with her again. I can't recommend her enough. read more

Jude assisted with me a condo purchase: below is a quick summary of what I think of him and the service he provides. I can tell you that I have never encountered a Realtor throughout my professional career that has earned my respect from an intellectual and execution capacity until I met Jude. Jude is not only the most effective individual I've worked with in real estate, he is also very passionate about his work and maintains one of if not THE best Austin real estate blogs on the net. Jude's knowledge of the Austin real estate market and especially downtown, can be deconstructed down to a street by street/block by block analysis which will shed light on your particular transaction with respect to risk assessment and ROI. You would also be hard pressed to find someone this intimately connected with the downtown and surrounding Austin real estate market. read more

I can't recommend Lesley Taylor of TOWERS realty for any real estate related needs. As a first time home buyer there were a lot of decisions to be made, and a ton of preparation before making my purchase. Lesley was a great resource for all things related to home buying. I'm beginning 2022 as a homeowner and it couldn't feel better --and I highly recommend Lesley for anyone new to the Central Texas market read more

Amber at Towers Realty has been fantastic! She's been my agent twice as a purchaser and once as a seller. She was quick in responding to any and all questions I had, from beginning until to end. She works hard to negotiate what was best for her me. She does her research, and is very knowledgeable. It's always a little scary making the commitment to buy or sell something like real estate, and I felt like Amber was great at guiding me along the way. Without a doubt; I would use her again! read more

I had such a wonderful experience with Andrew Hackemack and TOWERS Realty! I am a first time home buyer and the Austin market scared me, but Andrew made the home buying process much easier. He constantly communicated with me, was quickly available to view houses and answer my constant questions, and recommended quality inspectors and other specialists. He even went as far as to go down to the city development office with me to make sure I could do certain projects to the home (which I didn't even realize I needed to do) Thanks to him I got the house of my dream in my perfect neighborhood. I would recommend Andrew and TOWERS Realty to anyone and everyone, but especially first time home buyers who needs a reliable resource to guide them! read more

We just closed on our home purchase and it's gorgeous, checks all the boxes we had hoped for. But the story really starts a little over a year ago when we were just looking to rent for a year. We arranged to see a house for rent and met the listing agent. Shelley Dahlman happened to be there, I guess showing the place to another couple. We wound up talking with her briefly after seeing the house, and we just clicked. She found the rental we were looking for. And she read our minds, somehow as we were approaching the end of our year lease we reconnected with her I suppose she had a reminder that we'd likely be looking again and I think she reached out to us. Let me just say that we are VERY particular. But we found the right home. She was cheerful and supportive throughout the process, without being pushy. And it was a complicated transaction, peeling back the layers on the house we were buying. Shelley wasn't just patient she had all the vendors at her fingertips that could figure out what was going on and advise us. And she had great design advice. And the right contractors for us to talk to in order to learn more. In other words she wasn't just someone who helped us to find and buy a house, she was someone who understood what we wanted the home to be and helped us coordinate everything necessary to make that happen. Once we were under contract she was on top of everything from inspections, to title company, to coordinating with our mortgage processor. I've always been skeptical of real estate agents, but Shelley was invaluable. I'd say... call her. read more

Bryan Kosarek helped me find and close on an East Austin condo. I found Bryan through the downtown Austin blog and was impressed by his knowledge of condo trends in the downtown and East Austin area. I was interested in past market and sales data, as well as projected growth and development plans for specific areas in East Austin. Bryan knew the market well and always found answers to my questions. He also worked with my unique closing period and travel to schedule to make the buying process stress free. I travel much of the month, so it was convenient to be able to e-sign all of my documents and maintain all of my documentation electronically. I highly recommend Bryan and Remax Downtown. read more

A+++!!! 10/10!!! I cannot write enough great things about my experience with Amber Galligan and the TOWERS Realty team finding me my perfect Downtown Austin home, so I'll summarize a few noteworthy points: If you're looking for a Downtown Austin (or Downtown adjacent) home, there is simply no reason to work with anyone else but true specialists like TOWERS. As a real estate investor and Austin resident, I have a high bar for Realtors and thought finding an exceptional home Downtown would be simple. It wasn't. Amber was indispensable in helping me navigate the sub-neighborhoods of Downtown; she let me know about listings that were 'off the radar' and ultimately proved to know me better than myself in her recommendation of the winning home! Amber patiently and enthusiastically toured homes with a discerning eye, and was equally tireless in doing the paperwork for the right one, even though it was late Friday afternoon. The process was efficient - Amber helped me narrow down to the best homes, so this took days - not weeks. Now I'm in my new home, absolutely love it, and take comfort in the fact that there was not a singular better option out there. Quality and expertise in a Realtor really matters when it comes to a lifestyle and financial investment like a home. I recommend Amber Galligan and TOWERS Realty with the highest honors and appreciation. read more

I feel very confident doing any real estate transaction with Josh on my side! He knows his stuff and he goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the best deal. We loved working with Andrew from TOWERS - we were first time homebuyers, and he was very patient with us as we figured out what we wanted in our home. Andrew was very responsive, and walked us through every step of the process. He was friendly and enjoyable to work with, and gave us a great sense of confidence that he knew what he was talking about. We appreciated his flexibility with our hectic schedules, and how honest and upfront he was throughout the home buying process. He was also very knowledgeable about pricing and helped us stay competitive in a hot market. He made the homebuying process as smooth as we could have hoped for, and we were able to find and close on a home that we love on a relatively quick timeline! We love our new home and are very appreciative to have worked with Andrew! read more

Andrew at TOWERS did an excellent job getting me into a new place in Austin. He started by setting up an MLS search to my exact preferences, and then when I had picked out a few options, he showed me around and provided the most pertinent info about the properties. He has lived in Austin a long time and gave me great insights on the neighborhoods I was considering and how their character related to me and my personal circumstances. In the end, one property clearly stood out above the others, and Andrew helped me negotiate the right deal with the owners and their agent. I am grateful for Andrew's help in steering me to this property and helping me make it my new home! read more

Shelley Dahlman with TOWERS Realty is a rock star! In this market, that's what you need and I was a bit nervous about not getting a place I really wanted or having to have offers not be accepted. Fantastic and quick communication, skilled negotiator, knowledgeable, and fun.  Highly recommend, would use again, made process easy, cares about client needs. I was referred to Amber Galligan / TOWERS realty through my employer's relocation resources, and I could not recommend her services enough. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and organized throughout my entire search process looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Austin area. I was looking to relocate from Houston in a short time frame in the middle of the holiday season. She offered to go look at places for me when I wasn't able to myself, stayed on top of communication between all parties, and above all, served as an advocate on my behalf. Her expertise was immensely valuable to me not knowing much about the Austin market, and I trusted and valued her guidance. I ended up finding a great place that I am very happy with, and look forward to working with her in the future for either my next apartment or first home purchase. read more

Wow. That's the best way I can describe my experience with Amber Galligan at REATX. From the moment I reached out to her (and she called me back within an hour) to today, post-close on my new downtown condo when she's still helping me get settled with helpful recommendation, Amber has been amazing. She's responsive, patient, proactive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just all-around awesome. As a first-time buyer I was totally intimidated going into the buying process, but Amber was there every step of the way with advice and guidance to actually make it fun - and isn't that how it should be?! I highly recommend Amber Galligan at Towers Realty as a realtor in the Austin market. She is truly outstanding. Amber was my realtor in the purchase of a downtown Austin condo. I had a great experience working with her and don't think it would have been possible to get the deal I did without her. Amber goes above and beyond in her research and advocacy to make sure clients get the best deal possible. Amber is willing to put together any offer you would like and does not pressure to go higher. I was very particular on what I thought would be a fair price for the property I purchased; although my offer was significantly below the asking price, Amber researched comps and prepared compelling written support to the seller's agent explaining why it was a fair price. And it worked! There are many good realtors in Austin, but I believe Amber stands out among the rest for the effort she puts into her research and advocacy, going the extra mile to make sure clients are happy. Also, I was a first-time home buyer with never-ending amounts of questions and concerns. Amber is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns.
