Cannot believe the conditions of the units they allow their complexes to rent to tenants. I'm going on a full month of a rat infestation at Verde Apartments that the complex nor the property management care to even speak with me about. I have called and been sent from voicemail to voicemail by these people. Libby Crean, if you're reading this, I know you have gotten more than a few of these messages that you have chosen to ignore. 7/23 - report of mice entering 7/23 - two traps set under my sink 7/24 - both traps full of dead mice 8/1 - maintenance gagging as they finally come and clean the rotting, maggot covered bodies from under my sink Since then? Nothing has been done. The rats come and go as they please. I guess I should be grateful they let me out of my lease with no penalties?? Wrong. Verde apartments says I am still having to pay rent and whatever move out fees for what has functionally become a rat's nest. I, nor my dog, have been able to sleep or live in my apartment since JULY! I feel sick to my stomach that my furniture has even had to stay there while I was finding somewhere else to live. I can literally hear them fighting and scurrying through my ceiling as I am typing this while packing up my things. Luckily, they were active during my inspection with a Health Department code officer today too! Here's hoping something finally gets done about this disgusting issue that ALL of my neighbors are dealing with since these people like to give you the run around until you just give up. My biggest advice to anyone staying at any of these properties -- document everything. My attorney doesn't think there is any way I will be forced to pay them a dime off the video I have of maintenance men gagging as they clean under my sink alone. UPDATE: Shelia lies! I've been waiting for a a water leak repair since May 24, 2021 that was marked complete. I've been waiting for the regional vice president to contact me since July 1, 2021. Kanisha and Kellie have chose retaliation over repair. I put in work orders, left voices mails, sent letters, sent messages via linkedin and no response. Shelia are you a bot? DO NOT MOVE to any of the RPM properties. Even previous employees confirm in public reviews the company is greedy, cheap and vindictive.

Maintenance painted a parking space yellow and then put things down everyday to block the other.

10x Trellis Apartments in Savannah, Ga. Management company, RPM LIVING. I have lived in this apartment complex for seven years and have watched it deteriorate significantly under the management of RPM Living. Maintenance is abysmal. The amenities are virtually nonexistent. They tore down the kids' play area, making it far from kid-friendly. Drug usage is rampant, the grounds are a mess, and parking is a nightmare. Maintenance staff have taken to deliberately placing garbage--pallets, pool chairs, propane cans--in parking spaces, to block us from parking. We can't even get out because cars are forced to double park, and maintenance workers use the lot to smoke and hang out instead of doing their jobs and use the parking spaces that they are blocking for their own cars. The car care center has been turned into a junkyard. Despite residents moving the garbage from parking spaces so that we can park, maintenance continues to pile more there so that we can't move it. The amenities that are advertised simply aren't available. They just got their permit for the pool, but everything else is lacking. Packages are frequently stolen, and car thefts and break-ins are common. Even the police advise against coming here. They say aside from theft, they have to come here the most for disturbances. The office staff does little to address these issues, with the exception of Vincent, who is exceptional and deserves to be the property manager. I strongly advise against spending your money here. There are far better places to live. I am definitely leaving as soon as my lease is up which will be November 2024. RUN! In addition and may be repetition: Maintenance painted a parking space yellow (that has NEVER BEEN PAINTED BEFORE RPM LIVING TOOK OVER NOVEMBER 2021. They painted it in 2022-2023...and now they put things down everyday to block the other. A maintenance man in a blue SUV to be exact. I have gotten nails in tires repeatedly because of the trash that they leave on the grounds, so have other residents. The things that can potentially cause damage to our cars and is hazardous. If we move it to clear the spaces, they put more to cause us not to be able to move it. They are already taking up several garages to where residents cannot rent them and they continue to trash this area. They fix on their own cars back here and it's horrible. I've lived here for 7 years and this area was never like this before RPM, we could actually clean our cars. Maintenance NEVER used this space as this, so does RPM feel the need to trash the grounds?! It use to be nice in this complex (landscaping and kid friendly) now it's horrible and the landscaping is horrible.

I am the first renter of a new complex. I moved in & my unit had not been cleaned. It's a brand new…read morebuild so there was a lot of dirt on the floors, debris on carpet, sawdust in my drawers. Cleaners came 3 weeks after move in & vacuumed, mopped the floors, cleaned toilets and changed trash. They were there for less than an hour. After move in, they changed my house number. No notice was given, no lease amendment was signed prior to change. I found out when I got back from visiting family. I then was told "It's not a big deal just call the companies to get everything fixed on your bills". it took an entire morning (4+ hours) to get things fixed, with no compensation. I still do not have my mail key and I have been here 3+ weeks. Every time I ask, they tell me to go to USPS & it's not their responsibility. I went to USPS and they did not have the keys which I told were dropped off. Still no mail. Overall, not a great first impression. I am military & move around a lot. I would not recommend this property management to future movers. I love the builder, Maurice. He is very kind & attentive, he's actually assisted more with the utility switches than anyone. The place is great, minus all of the things listed above. Moving across the country starting over again at a new duty station, this has been less than ideal. Very much added stress that could have been avoided. I believe they moved me in way too early. ******** Within an hour of posting this, they did reach out to me and were incredibly professional & attentive to my feedback. I was assured it was taken seriously, so I do believe these issues will be completely resolved for the next tenant.
