They put all of that into 1 bag. The mango crepe cake was on top of all the hot food, so by the time I got my take out, the mango crepe was quite warm. 4 food containers, it was overflowing out of that regular sized bag. Who wants warm cake? I don't even know why anybody would think that's acceptable. The teriyaki chicken over rice was proably the best out of all the items ordered. The ramens were very subpar. I wouldn't return.

I took Andrew up on his offer, but opted to pick it up. Upon entering I was greeted by Andrew and the other employees. As promised Andrew personally made my bowl. I had: - brown rice - seaweed salad - cucumber - kani - spicy salmon -spicy tuna - avocado - squid salad - crispy onions - crispy garlic topped with gouchujang sauce! Everything came together and it was a wonderful marriage of flavors. A lot better than my previous bowl that was flavorless. Andrew also made small talk before I left as I couldn't stay and gave me a strawberry lemon prebiotic drink to try. After the exceptional customer service and the great tasting poke, I would absolutely return.

We decided to order food so we didn't have to travel in the cold weather. Iron Ramen came highly recommended is searches for delivery. We ordered some ramen and apps. We used a delivery app and the food took forever to arrive despite paying extra money for a speedier delivery. With that being said, some of the food was still warm when it got to us, and it was tasty for the most part. Both my husband and MIL ordered their Gyodon, with beef brisket and seasoned egg over rice. I opted for the Iron Tonkotsu Ramen and my kiddo got the Chicken Shoyu Ramen. All of the mains were great. No one had any complaints. We also had their spring rolls which were bland and hard, their shrimp lollipops which were OK, and their crispy shrimp shumai which were OK. The appetizers were kind of cold so they weren't as good. The location of the restaurant was a little far but the food also took over 90 minutes to arrive despite our requesting a speedy delivery with extra charge. I would prefer to dine in if we were to ever try their food again. Delivery to the location at which we were visiting doesn't make sender because everything will be cold to warm.

Okay decor wise, it is very plain with 2 four top tables and 2 two top. The dishes are generally served on paper plates with plastic holder for soy sauce. So if you are the type that thrives on eating at a Japanese style theme looking restaurant with fancy plates and silverware, this is not the place for you. However if you are the type that relishes on amazing, fresh fish quality, then you may want to give this place a try. We ordered the salmon skin appetizer for $7 and it has a nice portion of crispy salmon skin over a bed of chopped lettuce and seaweed salad. The salmon skin pieces were nice long strips which is always nice to see, and had that nice freshly made crunch. For entree, she ordered the Naruto roll for $15 and I had the chrashi for $23 which basically is an assortment of sashimi over a bed of rice. The variety of the fishes offered in this entree was amazing and fish tasted very fresh. They have been opened for about 9 months and don't have take out menus made but do have a QR code to scan. I took the liberty of taking pictures of each menu page and posted here. The wait staff is very attentive. Lastly, they do serve refreshments and also bubble tea, but no liquor. I would recommend based off this visit.

Since my roommate does not speak Chinese, we communicated entirely in English throughout the visit, and the staff at the front counter also spoke to us in English. I have been to this restaurant many times before and have usually left an 18% tip. This was my roommate's first visit. After we finished our meal, my roommate paid the bill but did not add a tip. After noticing that no tip had been left, the staff member at the front counter came directly to our table and asked my roommate, "Cash tips?" My roommate seemed surprised and responded, "No."This interaction already made us feel very uncomfortable and pressured. In addition, both my roommate and I felt that the service had not been particularly good. After that, the staff member shouted toward the kitchen in Chinese: "These two are freeloading! They didn't leave a tip!" Since my roommate does not understand Chinese, he did not know what was being said. However, I understood the comment and found it highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward customers.
