I told them I'm there to pick up a delivery and they began to brew the tea. They BEGAN the very first step of the process if making bubble tea. It was 12:30 in the afternoon and they didn't have any tea brewed to make this order. They didn't even say "oh that'll be a couple minutes," they just silently began the 10 minute long process of brewing, tea, and sifting the Boba. When they handed me the tea 10 minutes later, they just said "yup." I'm glad that I didn't actually have to pay any money for this nonsense, but I also lost money in the process because of how long it took.

We decided to order food so we didn't have to travel in the cold weather. Iron Ramen came highly recommended is searches for delivery. We ordered some ramen and apps. We used a delivery app and the food took forever to arrive despite paying extra money for a speedier delivery. With that being said, some of the food was still warm when it got to us, and it was tasty for the most part. Both my husband and MIL ordered their Gyodon, with beef brisket and seasoned egg over rice. I opted for the Iron Tonkotsu Ramen and my kiddo got the Chicken Shoyu Ramen. All of the mains were great. No one had any complaints. We also had their spring rolls which were bland and hard, their shrimp lollipops which were OK, and their crispy shrimp shumai which were OK. The appetizers were kind of cold so they weren't as good. The location of the restaurant was a little far but the food also took over 90 minutes to arrive despite our requesting a speedy delivery with extra charge. I would prefer to dine in if we were to ever try their food again. Delivery to the location at which we were visiting doesn't make sender because everything will be cold to warm.

I stumbled upon this spot when I was searching for food in the area after a doctor's appointment…read moreand the food and drink from here did not disappoint! This place is located inside the Smith Haven Mall so there's plenty of free parking, just make sure you park by the mall entrance where the food court is. Otherwise you'd be walking through the mall just to get to the food court. They had a good selection of food/drinks and I ended up ordering a Peach Fuji Apple Homemade Fruit Tea and the Grilled Shrimp 5 Course Bento Box. The bento box didn't look like it had much food: 8 small grilled shrimp, a few pieces of fried chicken, white rice, salad and a miso soup. However, despite not looking like much, I was pleasantly full and satisfied at the end! The shrimp was very flavorful as was the fried chicken. The sauce that came with the bento box was good though I'm not sure what it was exactly. The drink was really good too, with a few slices of actual fruit and the liquid had a fizzy taste to it. It was very refreshing! Once you place your order, you get a buzzer and once that goes off, you return it for your food/drink. I would definitely return to order the same thing again or to try other menu items!

Ordering through the kiosk makes everything quick and easy, and the staff always brings the food out pretty fast. My favorite dish is the pork garlic noodles. I've also tried the egg cream coffee, which was rich and creamy without being overly sweet. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and has plenty of seating, so it's easy to grab a casual meal with friends or family without feeling crowded.
